My friend has a son who was recently diagnosed w/ RSV. He is 11 months old. I do know that she smoked marijuana regularly during her pregnancy and sometimes around him after he was born. I was wondering if anyone had any info on RSV or websites w/ info about this condition.

I am concerned b/c I smoked cigarettes during the first half of my pregnancy (I know, bad) and was wondering if this increases the risk of RSV. Thank you for your help.

I currently sleep on the couch so I can't roll.

Am I starting something that will be hard to break?

Every time I lay her down when she is asleep, she wakes...

Is co-sleeping such a bad thing?

Any thoughts?

I have Crohn's Disease and my GI doc has presribed me 500mg of Flagyl 3 times a day for 3 weeks. My pediatrician said it was ok to continue to breastfeed my 2 month old while taking it. However, the pharmacist highly advised that I not breastfeed while taking it. She also said that 3 weeks was an extremely long time to be on it. Has anyone taken this while breastfeeding? Any opinions?

I was just curious...
I know in order to qualify for it, you have to meet their income guidelines, but is your income based on gross pay or net pay??

Also, do they include overtime pay in the income, or just standard 40 hours????

Thanks!!!!

my 6 month old is teething or having major tummy problems and i don't know which, i tried teething tablets and they're all natural and just calm down the baby when she's cranky and restless and agitated, i don't want to give them to her really often but the directions say every 2-3 hours as needed, so is that ok? i just feel bad for knocking her out every time she's fussy, but this is a kind of fussy that is almost out of control

I have a 18 month old grandchild, my son and the mother of the child never were married, my son only found out he was the father when the baby was around 10 months old thru dna testing. It took another 4 months to get it worked out thru the court system where he could have weekend visitations. Since the child has been visiting our side of the family we have noticed that he is only satisfied with the person that picks him up from his mothers side of the family. In other words if I pick him up from his mother he only wants to have anything to do with me and cries when others try to take him, or if my son picks him up from his mother he will only want my son, and so on. Is there a explanation why he does not trust but one person at a time. I hope I have explained well, if any more information is needed for you to help let me know.

There are times when I've been pumping that I've noticed milk from one breast is watery. You can see through it. While the other breast looks like milk. It's not all the time though. I know whats in the boobie juice changes from one feeding to the next, but that much? Do you think its something I should be concerned about? My daughter is getting enough, she's not complaining and gaining well.

Hi, i'm curious about how much cereal should I add to my baby's formula in her bottle. I've heard and been told by many people to try this but I'm not sure on how much cereal to add.
She usually drinks about 4 to 5 oz when she eats, so how much cereal should I add per bottle?
Thanks :-)

Ok you guys. I've been told to let my daughter keep her pacifier while she is teething. But, she's a total addict. She absolutely NEEDS it to fall asleep. I have to go back into her room about a gazillion times to put it back in her mouth when she's going down for a nap. I really want to take it away from her, but as soon as it's out of her mouth, in goes the thumb (or fingers). Her doctor says not to worry about it, but it's driving me crazy. Now, she even needs it while she's awake sometimes...which was never the case until now. What would you do if you were in my position?

Thanks in advance for your answers. Please keep it kind...first-time mommy here.
