Right now your baby needs 12-14 hours of sleep a day. It can be a little more or less, but shoot for around there.
Depending on how your baby is sleeping at night, he/she should be getting one 3-4 hour nap, and 2-3 30-60 minute naps throughout the day. Try to count and make sure that he or she is awake around ten hours a day, and you know that you are on track.

Babies in the first 6 months normally drift on and off about 16 hours a day. Some babies have more active nervous systems keeping them awake for longer stretches. The main thing is when your baby is tired he/she will sleep , and thats when you should sneak in some rest too. As a mother of three,I know how tiring a 10 week old can be. Good Luck

my little guy's the same age and he has a nap every 2 hrs or so for about 30-60 mins. And he sleeps the night, 7-8 hrs... so all in all I would say approximately between 10-14 hrs in a 24hr period
