well this cell meets that cell and then the two cells make one cell which puts all there dna together and then the dna and chromosomes starts making a baby with all that info it got from both cells

Well, when two people have sexual intercourse, there is a chance that one of the male's sperm can come in contact with the female's egg. When and if this happens, the egg becomes fertalized and begins to grow into a baby. It is a long process lasting on average 9 months. If you really need to know more, ask an adult whom you are close to like a parent. They will be able to explain it much better!

Guys.. i think she knows HOW... I think she meant biologically. Well something like 23 genes from Mom and 23 from dad, and they come together and blahhh blahh and the chromasomes make cells? Wow I'm special I learned about this in biology no less than a month ago and I can't even say it right... =D well there ya go. i tried and i got 2 points. lol

How do you know they are? Maybe the stork brings them. Or they arrive on your doorstep. Go to your parents. This is not a proper question. If you do not know, you are too young to be on here. Go do homework or something.
