Okay, yesterday I asked a question about my 10 month old who does not want to crawel or pull up. All he wants to do is stand up and be walked around. I also stated that I have 3 other children and don't have time to walk him around all day, who does?! I asked for advice in what I could do and if any one else has had this issue. I got some good responses, but I also got two really smart mouthed responses. This really ticks me off! Why do people feel that they have to be so critical and judge others when they do not ecen know what the heck they are talking about!? I got one response from a new first time mother who said that I need to make time for my kids. Okay, I spend all the time in the world with them, read, play, take them to the park, and so on, so what the heck are people thinking. If people can't respond in a positive, helpful way, get the heck off the computer and examine your attitude!!!! Who agrees?

She doesn't want to eat anything at all. I have tried everything, she won't even take formula. Our doctor said that she is malenourished. I am worried. She won't eat baby food. Doesn't like it and she nibbles on the food that I cook for her. Doctor gave us PediaSure, but you have to give it with food. Please help. Sorry for the misspelled words.

I thought that the hardest pain would be the second stage (when it's time to push) but pushing my baby out, was NOTHING compared to the pain of the contractions.

I was so weak with pain and exhaustion by that point that actually pushing him out was sheer relief that we were in the 'home stretch'. I was in labour for over 40 hours by that point.

What are your experiences of childbirth?
Remembering that pregnant women may be reading this....?

I'd do it again - it was worth it, but I'd want to get better pain relief next time.

When is it ok to give your baby bitter cookies? Like the ones from Gerber for teething? The box says like 9 months but my daughter is 4 months and is already teething and almost sitting up on her own and I think she would like them. Do you think I can give them to her?

I breastfed my first son for only 2 weeks, and then he was on the bottle, then on formula (he wouldn't latch on) SO- my husband and I are trying to get pregnant again, and if it's a boy-- I would feel bad breasfeeding him-- when I couldnt do it the first time. I feel like my second would be "better off" since he got breastfed...

I am 38 weeks with my first and have had great anti-natal care about labour and pregnancy but apart from reading books don't feel as prepared for the first few weeks with our new baby - all I hear is warnings from mums on how tired I will be!

Any little tips on how to stay positive, healthy and happy in those first few weeks? Anything I can do to prepare apart from buy the usual baby stuff?

whenever he fusses i nurse him.i tried giving him a pacifier and he liked it but i'm afraid it will mess up my milk supply. i nurse him for at least half an hour, every 3 hours and he he unlatches on his own. i also nurse between if he fusses, which is a few more hours each day. we still give him a pacifier once in a while but not 4 more than a few minutes.

could he b teething? i can't see teeth but i can feel them with my finger.

My son is 2 months old. I want him to learn how to soothe himself to sleep but whenever I put him into the crib he starts to cry. Is he too young to do this? Does this make him think that I am not there for him if I let him cry?
