I gave them to all of my kids. As soon as they started teething and biting. I wouldnt worry so much about it choking them b/c when a fewdrops of "liquid kisses" touch the cookie it turns all mushy (EWWW). They can be messy once they get soggy but otherwise I say , "Let her have at it! LOL"
Oh, did I mention those things smell a little "funky"

I gave them to all four of my children when or before they were four months. Zweiback Toast, Arrowroot Cookies, and Gerber Teething Buiscuits are all fine. I prefered the Zweiback because the disolve the best. Don't worry about choking, they disolve in the mouth. Yes, give them to her.

my baby started teething at 4 months and i gave her those bitter biscuits from gerber.. she liked to hold them herself, after chomping on them for a bit, i would usually hold it for her... she loves them... she's 6 months old now and still eats those and the arrowroot ones (that say for toddlers) she's never choked on them. your baby will be fine as long as you don't walk away and leave her with the cookie.. just watch and see how she does with it... best of luck..

I wouldn't. Those things are a choking hazzard! They get all gooey and the baby can bite off a small bit and choke on them. Babies that age can't quite handle a mouthfull of cookie. I tried them with one of my kids at around 6 months and freaked out when he started choking...I tossed them in the trash. I'd get her those freezy teethers (get a couple so you always have one ready) and let her bite on that.

I gave them to my kids at about 5 months and they loved them! Yes, they can choke on the pieces that break off, but I just took those out of their mouths and let them keep at it. As long as you stay close and pay attention, they are not a problem.
My kids did not enjoy cold/warm teething rings.

Almost all teething biscuits contiain wheat, whole eggs, and dairy. These are all major allergens. If you are not feeding your daughter these things already I wouldn't introduce them altogether. I wouldn't introduce them at all.
Frozen teethers and rubber teethers really work just as well. Do NOT rush into solids it is a major decision that can have serious side effects. If you really think teething biscuits are the way to go make your own out of as few ingredients as possible.
