Arbonne has a great baby care line (hair and body wash, lotion, body oil, diaper rash cream, and sunscreen) that is water based, botanically-based and pH correct, pediatrician and dermatologist tested, non-sensitizing, non-irritating, and formulated without nut oils. They are formulated with natural ingredients like oat flour which is an emollient and an emulsifier. It’s highly absorbent and hypoallergenic. Oat flour helps to soothe and soften dry, itchy and sensitive skin. I use Arbonne's baby care products on both of my children and we all love it. If you're interested in learning more, I'll be happy to help you.

I am no expert in this but I use eczema parafin based wash and cream on my face. I don't have eczema but it keeps my skin in A1 condition. What I am saying is make sure that you use the parafin based cream wash and the eczama cream. You don't have to get a named brand the local pharmachy will have the basic. Also I would look at the diet and ensure there is nothing there causing eruptions. Also consider alternative medicine consult conditions like this are their forte.

I use lanolin ( to moisturize) like lansinoh breast ointment with a couple drops of tea tree oil (to prevent infection and promote healing) mixed in and put it on my son's eczema. His gets to the point where it cracks and bleeds within a day or two if I don't notice it. I find it clears it up within 2-3 days. Do it 3-4 times a day and lather it on especially thick after a bath to keep moisture in. The lansinoh beats the cortisone creams in my opinion

If she was born with it, it probably wont go away for some time. But if it just started becuase of cold dry weather then you can wash her with Dove soap, mosituring bar. Also, use Baby aveeno lotion after the bath. Thats what my sons doctor told me to do and its working.

Unfortunatly, you can't make it go away. As your baby gets older it may go away on its own. For my daughter I have found that curel lotion works well and eucerin calming creme works really well.

It may be an allergy to something... are you nursing? is this new? have you just recently introduced either dairy or wheat/grains?
