I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am so scared to go into labour. But I just want to know how will I know? I lost my mucus plug 1 1/2 weeks ago and every morning(and through the night) I wake up in excrushiating pain in my hips and lower back kind of like when I have menstrual cramps. But when I get up and move around it goes away. How will I know for sure?

I know they say to watch what you eat like spicy food.... But what are some foods to help give my milk a better taste? Also what about increasing my supply... I know it helps to pump and feed as often as possible to increase it, but are there foods out there that can help the process??

Ive seen a lovely little pair of pink converse which i'd love to get my baby. She is only six months old so is not walking yet but likes to stand up a lot, with a little help. Do you think it is silly to put shoes on her yet? Obviously she wouldn't wear them all the time, only when we go out, but I don't want to hurt her feet.

He just accept to eat those instant infant cereal. For example the plain rice cereal, wheat and honey, rice and vege, rice and chicken and others. Is it suitable for my son to grow healthier by taking those cereals for his lunch and dinner? In the same time, he still drink breast milk too, because he refuse to drink formula milk. All those infant cereals state that it is very healthy with many vitamin for baby to grow, is it trust able??? Really headache. At his age, what is the proper meal for him?? What should he take for breakfast, lunch and dinner and how much fruits he need to take every day??? Please help....

Is it healthy enough ect. Her average diet is

B- cornflakes and milk, fruit smoothie and yogurt
snack- raisans
L-Toast with beans or cheese spread,Orange
snack-Cake or biscuit
D- Homemade dinner like lasagne or stew,yogurt
hot chocolate before bed .
Is this ok could i improve it thanks for the advice x

when my daughter was 2 months old she started sleeping through the night but now that she is 5 months old she doesn't sleep through the night anymore and she doesn't nap during the day. I have started her on baby food (1 jar a day) and i put 1 ounce of rice cereal in every 8 ounce bottle. she still doesn't sleep, no naps and she wakes up every night about every 2-3 hours. so i don't really think she's hungry but i feed her when she wakes, she drinks about 2-3 ounces every time then goes back to sleep. Her bedtime is 8:00-8:30pm everynight. We do the same routine bath and bottle before bed at the same time every night. and she wakes up at 6:30-7:00am every morning on her own. please help what am i doing wrong here?

I went in last week and had a fibronectin test that came back negative but last night I had them from about 7 to 1 in the morning. It is hard to time them because they are not extremely painful, just very tight and I don't always notice right away. They seem to last a lot longer than they should...like over a minute. I have had SOOO much pressure from the baby very low for about a month now so I know he is carrying low. I just have this incredibly strong feeling I am going to be early. Anyone experience this? Oh I didn't call the doctor because I have an appointment scheduled this morning anyways. Thanks so much in advance.

Ok, she's 5. She doesn't have a fever, she has been doing this like every other day for about 2 weeks now. She for some strange reason never makes it to the toilet, its gross, and the worst part of it is the food is always her dinner from the night before, and it looks like she JUST ate it. It's like not digesting. I'm calling the doctors as soon as they open, I just wanted to know if anybody has an idea of what this could be. The other kids are fine, I figured one of them would have it too or at least me, I'm always cleaning it up :P GROSS Anyone??

hi yestaday i did a clear blue test not the digital one. the thing is it looked like it said neg tht about 15 mins later i inspected it closer and saw a faint line and all last nite i was thinking wahoo im pregnant. then read up that if you leave it too long an evaporation line appears and now im dead dissapointed im going do another one 2morrow but im soooo anxious i am having some symtons but the thing is 2weeks ago i had a period and 4weeks before that i had a m/c. so thats why ive got my doubs with me just having a period but i have heard that it is possible. has this happend to anyone else

okay so im going to test on saturday if AF dont arriveill be 14 days past ovulation then. im now 12 days past ovulation and today have been havng lower abdominal cramps, and been to urinate 6 times in the last 5 hours, but havent been drinking lots? but ysterday had lots of cm and today hardly none. do these sound promising?? do all women have an increase in CM when preggars??
also :
nipples been sore for about 4-5 days
the areola around seems to be bigger today
boobs seem bigger to me a little also.
on and off queasiness
just feel different today

my due date was july 7 but yesterday after an ultrasound it was changed to july 3. does the size of the baby have to do with the time i got pregnant..or its own growth because my first due date was based off my lmp.

Two day`s ago, I took a test and although the window that shows it working, did not show, the other window showed very clearly, then today, I had to take it out of the bin, and it showed the opposite ie no result, but a line showing clearing on the other window.

I do know that I have to have another test from the doctor, but I am curious to know the above.

Plus I am petrified to take another test; that one caused me to panic!!

Hey I'm 24 weeks pregnant..I ask a previous question on monday about the same thing. I went to the doctor because I was having contraction like pains in my abdoman and lower back...I went to the doctor and he was a freaking loon telling me " Well I'm not too familier with fibroids during a pregnancy." so I'm like "why in the hell am I talking to you then??" I had to MAKE this doctor check my cervix...I'm having contraction like pains why wouldnt you just automaticly check it?? so he puts his finger in and says "oh it's still tight" I'm like um OK. Thats all he does and then he says well if you have fibroids you may just feel like this every now and then. I'm like um OK. Mind you I'm still uncomfortable about this. So now its thurs and I'm still no better and it has not even let up what so ever and tylenol does NOT HELP!!! So now I'm going to call my clinic and see if they can get me an appt. at the main hospital's OB. because this is BS...... Has anyone else been through this?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant, and I think my water maybe leaking.(not much)...but just a lil bit. I know this because I have the nitratest paper at home. I felt a lil trickle and check it with the test paper and it turned blue. But I checked it again 2 hrs later and nothing. I don't want to worry and I also have a prenatal visit tmrw.I'm just thinking to wait until then.I'm just wondering if it is safe to just wait. Just need some advice. This is my 3rd pregnancy and this never happened with the other two, and I know every pregnancy is different. Just need some feedback.
