She can sit up ok on her own but i NEVER leave her side cause she does still fall often.she wants her toys but cant crawl or move to them.She can do 360 but just kicking her feet when will she crawl?

I m not sure yet, but I havent seen my period and I feel prego.now Im worried I dont want to put stress on the fetus bcoz I have to think about how Im gonna tell my boss and my collegues and also, I will be 1yr on the job in April 08, so I feel like my job is on the line here. what should do how do I prepare for this...

How did you go about searching? At what age did you meet your birth mother/father? I am in my thirties, and a part of me would like to meet the woman that gave birth to me for a sense of closure, and then there's another part of me that feels disloyal to my parents for even considering it.

I only think about her on my birthday and sometimes on Mother's Day. I wonder if she remembers she had a baby girl and gave her up for adoption. Does she wonder how I turned out? But if I did try to contact her and she didn't want anything to do with me, that would be like another slap in the face. This woman didn't want to raise me as her child, so why would she want a relationship with me now? And what sort of relationship would that be exactly? So many questions...can anyone help? I think it would be awkward for both of us which is why I never bothered before. I wouldn't even know how to go about finding her since my parens have all my info and I don't dare ask for it. Thanks in advance

How long does it take to learn how to breastfeed?

Im scared to start because how do i know how much the baby got, and what if the baby gets to hungry and isn't really eating i mean how do you tell?

Im a Christian & if ure not thats fine so plz dont post rude comments i dont do it to those who aren't believers. ne way my fiance' & I have been ttc for almost 2 years. the religious part of me thinks just wait til we're married and do "it" right according 2 our Christian belief. We were thinking that maybe cuz we aren't quite married yet & just having the intentions of getting married isn't good enough. But I do stuggle w/ this because what if thats not the case?? what if there is something wrong with 1 of us that can be helped but if we wait 2 long things could be worse off; something we could have taken care of now like the possibilty of me having Edometrios 4 instance. We plan 2 tie the knot aug 08 but thats a while away & so Im just wondering about suggestions or comments from those who have stuggled w/ the same thing? Its hard to c others get blessed & dont want it or had no intentions of getting married.

I've been taking Cilest for about a month and a half and had to take 2 packets, one after the other as I missed one pill from the last week of the 1st pack.

Yesterday there was a faint, faint pink discharge but not even apparent in my underwear, just when i wiped (sorry!).

Is this one of the side effects from taking the pill, 2 packets straight through?

Or could this be implantation bleeding? We did have sex a couple of days after missing the pill, and I know I shouldn't have, but that was about 11 days ago now.

I'm worried sick cos I know any pills missed in the first pack can result in not being totally covered protection wise and I don't know why we did it, cos now we don't know what to do.

I feel really sick and my breasts are also sore and my stomach feels weird but I'm hoping these are just side effects. I've been on many pills and the side effects normally appear after the 1st week so for them to appear now is worrying.

Can't get time off to go to the docs atm

If you breastfeed your little one, how often do you do it? Every one, one and a half, two hours, or more? How old is your baby? In the beginning how often did they wake up during the day/night? I realize every baby is different. I'm just wondering about other people's routine.

How come when reading about your symptoms online or in a book, it makes you seem like you have every problem in the world wrong with you or something "serious" is happening! For instance.. I am having extreme nausea,lower back pain, and tummy ache feelings. I looked them all online and they make it seem like im going to die! Granted im 9 days away from 40 weeks prego, im sure its normal to feel new sensations and feel like crap..right? So when do you know to call the doctor??

I took my little boy in for his circumcision on Monday. No problems, he cried a bit but don't babies anyway and the nurse assured me it's pretty painless.

Anyway I was telling this to my sister this morning and said I shouldn't have done it and gave me all sorts of critisism, as if it's her business anyway . I thought it was necessary for hygene reasons later? At least that's what the hospital said.
Now I'm wondering if I did the right thing? It is routine isn't it

I am 33 weeks pregnant,I was sleeping last night and woke up with a TERRIBLE leg cramp in my left calf muscle the only thing that aliviated it was flexing my toes back and forth. It still is sore today. Do you know why I may have gotten this? I was thinking maybe I need to drink more water and possibly have low potassium? Your input would be great!!!!!

LMP 11/9. First round of clomid 11/13-11/17. Should have ovulated about 22nd. BD on 11/20 and 11/22. Noticable cramping on 11/25, 26, 27. (I haven't ovulated in alomst 8 years, so I don't know what ovulation pain normally feels like) Dizzy, nausous and headache, with slight breast tenderness yesterday. Today my breasts are really starting to hurt bad, especially the nipples.
We've been trying for over a year and I'm trying to not get my hopes up, but I've never felt this way before and I don't know if it's pregnancy symptoms or from the clomid.
Please please help, the waiting around for my next period seems to be taking for ever...due 12/6. It's killing me!

hey all. i have been on the hunt for a child gate that i can use to separate my kitchen from my living room. and i have a dog too, so it would be nice if it works for him, so i can leave him in the kitchen. and i need a gate that is about 8 feet or more long. please help. THank you

Hey I'm 24 weeks pregnant..I ask a previous question on monday about the same thing. I went to the doctor because I was having contraction like pains in my abdoman and lower back...I went to the doctor and he was a freaking loon telling me " Well I'm not too familier with fibroids during a pregnancy." so I'm like "why in the hell am I talking to you then??" I had to MAKE this doctor check my cervix...I'm having contraction like pains why wouldnt you just automaticly check it?? so he puts his finger in and says "oh it's still tight" I'm like um OK. Thats all he does and then he says well if you have fibroids you may just feel like this every now and then. I'm like um OK. Mind you I'm still uncomfortable about this. So now its thurs and I'm still no better and it has not even let up what so ever and tylenol does NOT HELP!!! So now I'm going to call my clinic and see if they can get me an appt. at the main hospital's OB. because this is BS...... Has anyone else been through this?

My ex walked out on me when I was 17 weeks pregnant. He wants nothing to do with the baby and that's fine by me. But the thing is, if he goes on to ind another girlfriend and it's "the one" for him and they get married and have kids, what's the difference in a mans heart between the 2 kids? Ok, lets say hypothtically they are 3 years apart.

This hasn't happened but obviously it will as my ex doesn't like being single and has to be with someone. (26 and still lives at home rent free with mummy by the way)

So people...Discuss your views?

She is going to be 1 on December 9th and I have been trying to wean her off the bottle. She turns her head when I try to give her a sippy cup and will cry and suck her thumb for hours wanting a bottle. Sometimes I give her one and sometimes she falls asleep being so upset. Is there any trick you used to get your baby off the bottle or any advice? Thanks to answers!

im 36 weeks pregnant and 2 days and i had 2 appts in the past two days and the first one was to check if i was leaking fluid. they took a strip and wiped me to see if it changed color and it did but they sent me home and never told me what it was. the second one i got the strep b test done and then i had to sign a paper that says its okay for her to deliver my baby. when they checked if i was dialated i was less than one cm but they were shocked to feel how low the babys head was. my due date is not until christmas day. since last night ive been havin the urge to go do my duty in the bathroom but i dont have to go and this morning i got a sharp pain down there like if i was holding it so i tried to go and nothing. then like an hour later i did and not much came out (sorry if too much) but it was sort of diareah like. is this all normal?

I want to adopt when I get older [im only 16, but have made up my mind] I want to adopt a baby. Everyone keeps telling me tht its realllyyy hard and that I should just have my own.
Here is my reason: I would love my own kid, [when I am like 26] but I would rather take in a child with nowhere to go and no family, then have my own.
So, my question, is it hard? How long does it usually take?
