and starting my diploma of make up in jan. one part of me wants to have an abortion because everything will be set back again for atleast another year and i feel like im just getting back to normal after having pre eclampsia in my first pregnancy. on the other hand i love being a mum, its the best feeling in the world and the thought of having an abortion already makes me feel so guilty. i dont know what to do. im so confused. one day i want it and the next i dont. im really scared im going to make the wrong decision.
and please, i dont want people giving me there negative comments. i am very aware that i didnt use contraception and i should have and i also know that it has led to another pregnancy.

i am going for an ultrasound of my ovaries in a couple of days and i'm wondering what to look out for during the procedure??
i think that i may have PCOS and asked for the test- i won't be able to see the Dr (who will have the final report) for a few weeks............and i know the sonographer probably won't divulge any info to me........ so if anyone knows the tell tale images then pleases let me know!!
i'm also an RN so hopefully this will help me self diagnose lol
thanks :)

Our baby is due in June 2008. We are planning to leave Ireland to move to the U.K. in May 2009 to live for 2 years. Sometime in 2011 we plan to move from the U.K. to the U.S. We plan on taking the cot/ or cot bed with us to the U.K. but not taking any bed with us to the U.S. What would you purchase a cot or cot bed?

When, then, should you go there? How do you know that it's time to disturb them?

She is six years old and a girly-girl. She loves gymnastics, ballet, soccer (although her season is over) and horseback riding.

Any ideas? What will you be putting in your children's stockings?

Merry Christmas !

God Bless xx

So, the girl I'm with now has a son ( she had twins, but one died of s.i.d.s) She tells me that the DR. told her she'll always have at least 2 or more children at a time. Could this be true? Could the DR. be 100% correct. She doesn't want more than 1 child at a time because she fears s.i.d.s. again. Other than the s.i.d.s, I would have no problem with it. What do you think?

Hi, I am very early stages in pregnacy, 5 and a half weeks. This is my first so I dont know what I am doing. I am going to be out over Christmas quite a lot and I dont know what to avoid and what to eat. I went out yesterday and ordered Salmon thinking it was a safe bet and when it came it had a sauce on it that I am sure was hollendaise based therefore with raw eggs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does your water have to break first when labor comes?
My water has not broken yet or I don't know if it will but I'm feeling this pain and discomfort on my womb and I can feel contractions.
Do I have to go to the hospital right away or do I still have to wait before the water breaks?

I am onto baby number three, exactly 2mths now, and am already getting the 'are you going to find out' questions.

I didn't find our with my first because I just had no desire to and wanted that surprise and I had a very strong hunch that it was a girl anyway. (It was a girl!)

I did find out with my second because hubby wanted to and it seemed like fun and practical to do it. I also really wanted a boy so was dying to find out. (It was a boy!)

Now this time, hubby has already said he wants to know, which has led our 5.5 year old daughter to say she wants to know but since I already have a boy and a girl and therefore all the start up stuff I need, why should I find out? Its my last time for a surprise since we aren't having anymore.

I'm quite torn and realise I have a while to think about it but want to know why you did/didn't find out.

thanks

How do the techs date the ultrasound that you have when first pregnant? I know they measure crown-rump, but is the date they give you dated from your last menstrual period or by transvaginal ultrasound? For instance I had my period 10 weeks ago, would the babies size be a 10 week old or an 8 week old? Just curious. I know that dating of preg goes by your lmp, I didn't know if it stayed like that with ultrasound. Thanks for any help!

i got pregnant once buy a guy i had a one night stand with.. 3 years ago.. so obviously i am able to get pregnant.. (my current BF & i were taking a break)

i have been daiting the same guy for 6 years.. we have slept together more times then i can count (always unprotected) and i never once got pregnant..

out of all the girlfriends he has had, not one of them got pregnant..

my boyfriend cheated on me with this female about 3 months ago.. and shortly after he slept with her she claimed that she was pregnant.. this is not the first time he has cheated on me.. the 4 other times he never got either of them pregnant either..

so my question is.. how in the world is it possible for this ONE and ONLY chick to get "magically" pregnant by a guy that has unprotected sex with me for 6 years and he never gets me pregnant..???

If you were breastfed do you think you are so smart?
(People claim on here that breastfeeding makes a kid so smart and that formula is robbing a kid of that which i do not believe for one second)

If you were breastfed please tell me what you do for a living since "some people" claim a kids IQ is so high when they are breastfed.
