I'm 41 weeks and still my cervix is closed tight i haven't had braxton hicks or anything like that. Is there something wrong with me?

I'm having some sharp pains inside of my vagina. Sorry if that to much info-but have no other way to describe. It's a throbbing pain...it's not unbearable...but definately uncomfortable,,,this just started a few days ago. Any clues why? 1st time pregnany-getting extremely anxious and ready! My back is killing me!

I'm 5 weeks 2 days pregnant and for a week now I've had a bruise on my thigh. I don't even know how it got there! I know I don't have low iron. First of all, I don't have any of the symptoms for anemia and I've been eating a lot of foods with iron in them, mostly spinach. I can't take the prenatal vitamins because they make me break out, so my doc and I developed a diet plan for me.

My question is: What would make these bruises hang out for so long? It hasn't changed colors or anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

me and my girl (who started her period the same day) had sex on 11/27-tues. w/o a condom...b/c there was so much spillage on the bed and on my gurl we didnt think i ejaculated inside of her. on 12/1-sat (the last day of her period) we had sex again---with a condom- but once i pulled out...we realized the condom broke and there was spillage on the bed and etc.
the next day, sunday she took Plan B-emergency contraceptive...but im still stressing that she could be pregnant....no judgement and no stupid stuff please....thanks

We have insurance now, but he is getting a new job tomorrow, if they offer insurance we will use that but im afraid we cant get the cards for 3 months which means for 3 months i wont be able to go to the doctor unless i pay the full bill

It will be a group policy because he is working for the government does this cover pregnancy if i haven't been to the doctor yet?

How long before you went into labour once your babies heqad was fully engaged 5/5?

okay so im a sophomore in high school and theres this guy that i like. he likes me back and asked me out. i have never been asked out before, AND he is like perfect for me. i'm a 14 year old boy and i'm a freshman in high school. my parents are really getting me mad. i know that they mean well and everything, but they don't understand that at my age, they can't control everything i do. they'll tell me to go to bed at like 9:00 and if i don't come upstairs then they'll take out the cable. most kids my age go to bed at 10:30-12:00 (i don't go to bed at 9:00 but that's when my parents ask me to go to bed). they think that they can control what i watch on tv also (it's not that i watch anything inappropriate). they say that i watch too much professional sports because i watch baseball, football, and basketball. my argument is that i have gotten good grades, and if i can get my work done by 7:00, i should be able to watch games that start at 7:30. i do watch a lot of sports, but it's a hobby of mine, and i think it's my choice if i want to watch it or not. i watch a lot of sports, but when i do, they always yell at me for watching too much. We find out Thursday what we are having. If it is a girl we want the first name to be Riley, the middle name was going to be Ann after my mom but unfortunately our last name starts with a T which will make the initials RAT. SOooooo We decided to do a double first name of Riley Ann, but now we need a middle name to go with it. My husband has suggested Lynn (mine) or Marie, but neither work for me. Any suggestions? I am looking for something that flows well, personally I think a one syllable name would work best.

My history teacher moved me way in the back of the class all by myself, because I'm always talking. Yet, I'm not the only one who is always talking, but I'm the one who gets disciplined. I'm pacific islander. Everytime I raise my hand, the teacher ignores me, or when I do get th teachers attention, she doesnt even look at me when I'm talking. She never does this to anyone else. Just because I didn't listen when she she tells me to stop talking, doesnt give her the right to treat me this way..Does it? I feel unwanted in class which distracts me in class. What should I do??

I have a six month old who sleeps with us. All three of us agree to that arrangement.
I breastfeed and he stirs quite often and goes back to sleep with a boobie. We refuse to "let him cry", it just seems cruel to us. But some nights he seems to nurse all night and I don't get any sleep.
Any moms experience this? How did he sleep on his own? We decided that he would move to his crib (naptime is the crib) at night when he is a year old, since that is when I plan to quit breast feeding, I don't think I can last another full year (when he is 18 months).
