Okay, every time a woman asks a question about labor on here, everyone tells her it's the worst pain ever. Am I wierd that my labors didn't really hurt any worse than a bad period? I;ve had three vaginal births, the first two with no meds whatsoever. I mean, yeah it hurt, but it was by far not the worst pain ever. My children were also born really fast. Maybe if I'd been in labor for awhile then I would feel different. It might also be because when I was 13 I endured skin grafts over both my feet. Nothing hurts worse than that. Not even labor. But I'm just curious, is there anybody else out there that had kids totally natural and didn't find it very bad? Or am I the only one?

Okay, so my friend Drake happens to come from a very wealthy family. They have this maid ... and she's *always* trying to do me in ! You see, I come to their house every day (to see Drake), but his parents don't know that, because I always try to avoid them. They like me (correction: are impressed by me), but they're always questioning me, as if they think i'm getting married to their son. So I usually just go in through one of the side entrancesor wait until I know they're not in the house. This would work if the maid didn't keep trying to do me in ! She always likes to make it known that I am there, even though it is obvious that I dislike being questioned by Drake's parents. Just the other day, Drake and I were in the library and she walked in and said,
"Oh - hello, Liliana," very loudly, just as Drake's mother was walking past. This, of course, led to more awkward questioning.

I was on the last day of placebo birth control pills (aka last day of my period). I was about ot have unprotected sex (I know, stupid), but the both of us were really drunk. The guy wasn't hard, but we were still coming into close contact with eachother down there. I'm thinking the chances of being pregnant are extremely low, but just wanted to ask for opionions.

they're self-sufficient and able to care of themselves and any children they bring along?

I am sick of seeing women on welfare having more kids! I am a hard-working mother of ONE child, because that's all that I can afford at this time in my life. I do not get government handouts and I support myself and my child because I am capable of doing so.

I do not think it's right that some women think that they have the right to have children and be a stay-at-home mom while us tax payers (who can't afford to be stay-at-home moms!) have to support them!

My sister just had a baby yesterday, she'll be getting out of the hospital tomorrow morning. I spent a few hours last night and a few hours today there with her, mostly while her b/f was home showering and eating, but I'm just wondering how often or how long I should wait before visiting her at home. We usually spend 2-3 nights a week together, but I know with a new baby she will be pretty busy, and have a lot of people visiting her all day, so I don't really want to be in the way, but I would still like to be able to spend time with her (we're very close). Any suggestions on this would be very helpful.

my adult cat has gotten jealous before with introducing a new kitten in the home and really jealous with kitten number two which we eventually gave up.
so she is the jealous type. im going to have a baby at the end of feb. and i wonder if she's going to be super jealous or what. we are just having a good time now bonding, since we got rid of kitten # 2, she's started to come around and be affectionate with me again and wanting atttention with me.
she does get a jelous look in her eyes when we start pulling out the baby things. i think she knows im pregnant.
anybodys cat get jealous after you have a baby?
do they ever go back to normal or does having a baby change the cat forever?
this cat likes to be the spoiled princess in a good way.
