i stopped taking bcp 2 months ago...no sex...didn't get my period in nov, still havent. But one of my breasts has a drop of milk, when i squeeze it another drop comes out!!! could i de preg? or is it because of the pill effects? i haven't had any other symptoms of preg, just no period

My buddy has a 3 1/2 (or) 4 year old boy, who punches kicks slaps the Doberman dog.And my buddy told me he has tried and tried too put a stop to it.But the kid just wont listen.
So last-night while we were having a beer, I saw the kid abusing the family dog and I said WTF and my buddy said that the dog will teach him what he can't.
So is he right ?
I Remember when I was just like this kid and I use too tease the dog and it finally bit my nose and my parents told me that is what i get....And I never did that again.
But my dog that bit me was a toy poodle not a Doberman.
does my buddy know what he is doing and i should butt out?

Also I really feel real sorry for the Dobie.
No dog deserves to be torchard.

my husband and i are anxious to add a third child to the family. we have been trying for 4 months and are hesitant to skip a cycle just in case this might be "the one". however, if i conceived, the child would be due a week after my 2nd child's birthday. i have gone early with the other 2 pregnancies and KNOW that the child would be born on or VERY NEAR my son's birthday. is it awful to have to share a birthday with a sibling? should we wait a month? we are just impatient! thanks for the input...

I'm recently a single mom with three kids going to school and I am amazed at how many people think I must be scamming the government, or be lazy because I get food stamps. I work very hard at going to school so my kids will some day have a good life. Why is that wrong?

Here soon, about 20 days, I'm going to visit a friend for a few days. She's used to living alone so she has housing services set up during the day while she works, which means while I visit her I wont be able to stay at her home. She insisted that I go with her to work, she works at a daycare/pre-school. Is it illegal for her to bring guests (especially me, a man, 19yrs old) into the daycare environment if I'm not officially aligned with their business?

Also, if it's not illegal, would you as a parent feel uncomfortable knowing your daycare manager was bringing an unknown guest and that the guest will be around your children?

I hope to get replies from rural and city folks. I am in a rural environment so I will hope to gage my decision on rural parent's replies. Thank you.

I told myself I wasn't going to come on here asking if I might be pregnant because so many woman ask those annoying questions on here but now I find that it's hard not to be tempted on asking other's what they think!
Yesterday I was pretty sure it wasn't going to be our lucky month since my temps looked like they were dropping but I had another big temp spike this morning at 7dpo. Last night I had a horrible unexplainable headache and it was gone by the time I woke up but this time my lower back ached for no reason at all, unless if I slept bad and don't know it. My cervix has stayed high since after ovulation and this morning before and after a bowel movement it's extremely high I really have to reach in there. I know they say you can't rely on cervix position and cervical mucus..I also had a glob of creamy mucus. So now I'm feeling more positive again and I'm wondering if it's really too early to tell or maybe it will be our lucky month.

My ex found out I was pregnant, was happy at first (it was planned) and then when it sank in went off the idea, and expected me to just go and get an abortion. We were together a long time and this was PLANNED, but I don't know if I can do this alone as he has broke up with me and everything. Is there any way I can persuade him to want this baby? Please give me some advice on persuading him I really don't want to do as he says and abort it!!! I am quite early and have had an ultrasound (do you think showing the pics would persuade him?) which has made me more against getting rid, but he wants me to. I can't believe this as we planned it and was trying for months and now all of a sudden he don't want it and thinks 'Oh I don't want it now let's just get rid of it!' like it's a piece of crap! Doesn't seem to see this is playing with my emotions!!!

This is more of a comment rather than a question, but I thought I'd share some info. I have been reading recommendations from a lot of people on here for "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. I brushed it off because I have been trying to conceive for so long that I figured I knew pretty much everything in the book already. Well, I finally broke down and bought it yesterday and there is SO much info in that book that I didn't know. I knew all the basics of charting, cycle stages, etc. However, I have been doing some key things incorrectly and I never even knew. If you are unsure about this book, give it a try! It is very helpful! Good luck to everyone this month!

Oh yeah, the latest edition of the book also comes with the full version of the TCOYF software. That's awesome, I won't have to pay for fertility friend anymore.

I am a SAHM of a one year old. I have read a lot of articles which suggest that most SAHP do not purchase life insurance or keep skills current in the event that they must return to the workforce. These articles are written with the intent to scare ppl away from the idea of raising their own children but they obviously have a good point. I feel they are wrong in assuming ppl do not prepare, do disaster planning in order to stay at home safely, have you?

Hey guys! Thanks for taking time to look at my question because I am really so confused. I have been on birth control for a solid 7 years and NEVER missed a period I have switched pills before from ortho to yaz when I had insurance and had my period on time then when I didn't have insurance I went to the clinic and got ortho again and now i've switched back to yaz again. Except this time I am two weeks into my second pack and I've still had no period. I don't take it like I should I miss then make up the next night. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex except the past couple times he hasn't pulled out. the 24th, the 30th, and the 2nd. My period was due on the 21st. I took a test on the 30th and today and they were negative. But this last test th line in the control window was to the left and barely showing past the plastic. I don't know. Has this happened to anyone and they have still been pregnant? How much is a blood test at the health department?

My partner and i have had the 12 week scan etc and got the all clear.. and we have gone out already and bought everything for the nursery, set it up and its ready to go..
We have everything already for the baby, the only thing we need now is the buggy + the baby!
Do you think its too early to have bought all this already... its just that we are so excited as its our first and cant wait to be parents in June next year!!

there were two seperate sacs one heart beat was stonger then the other, he tried his u/s machine in different spots and saw the same thing. I then went to the hospital and had another ultrasound and their u/s machine only saw one baby, now i don't know what to think? I have had really bad morning sickness (all-day) more then with my first and in less then one week I have put on 1kg, with my first it was about 41/2 months before I put on any weight. Who do I trust ... I also seen the heart beat at my dr's so now I am really confused... any advice would be greatl. Thanks
