What are some pros and cons of Television and children

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on the 23rd.

It was a vaginal delivery, no pain medicine, no epidural. I'm starting to heal but I'm very against any pain medicine while nursing. The stitches don't hurt so much any more, but it's so uncomfortable.

Do any of you have tips on how to relieve the muscle soreness and achy stitched area??

Such as gymnastics/tumbling, martial arts or dance? We have a little boy who will be 3 next May. He's above average developmentally and we want to keep him stimulated and happy. We're not in a rush, nor do we want to make it his life of course, but my husband and I have been thinking about different things he might like to do for fun. We don't want to do anything that my hurt his bones or put him at risk. I will ask his pediatrician, but I just wanted a quick answer or 2.

My coworker showed me a picture of his 3-week-old baby and this "thing" is BFU!! (For those of you who don't know, "BFU" stands for "Bunt Funking Ugly" - or something like that.)

OMG I almost puked on his shoes! I really wanted to say, "Your baby is disgusting!" but instead of answering I just walked away. I couldn't help it but as I was walking away I started laughing hysterically. I hope he wasn't offended.

Do you think I should tell him? He seems so proud of this "thing" but maybe somebody needs to bring him back down to earth. I mean, what if he tries to enter it into a contest or something?

I'm totally serious - this baby is so ugly that anybody would call it a "thing"

I am due in a couple of weeks and to help my husband feel as involved in our child's life as possible, I was looking at baby playgroups (such as Gymboree) to enroll in. However, they all seem to take place during the weekday, which would preclude a working dad from participating, and they also seem to be very focused on the mother. I am looking for something maybe like this...

of abortion. If you don't want to have a kid, wear a condom and have the girl take birth control. Don't use abortion as a form of birth control, and that is the reason that most women get abortions. In the cases of incest or rape, ok, I condone it, but those instances are very rare. Most of the time, it's because the woman was too lazy too not take her birth control or the morning after pill. I'm glad that late-term abortions have been outlawed, that's a good step. But this needs to be over-turned, you agree?

I'm not the one doing, one of my neighbors are. So she'll leave her 3 yearolds at home for atleast 10-15 minutes ALONE! Here's why. so she has a nother kid that she has to pick up from school, so she goes and gets her and leaves her 3 year olds home to nap. I don't know why she doesn't take her kids with her though. I was abandoned shortly after I was born in 1990. I was adopted by my family (legally the next year). I have always wanted to find my birth parents. I do not know anything about them and am not sure about finding them. All I know is that the police think my birthmother was a teen.

I like the names Gracen, Braelynn, and Jaycee for girls...(Gracen and Braelynn escpecially) but i can't think of any cute boy names...I like names that aren't so popular (nothing like collin, or jacob, or trevor) but nothing too wacky either (nothing like xavier, or wyatt, or brody)...I kinda like the names Braison (pronounced Bri-zon), Dyson, or Luke...But, does any one have any more suggestions on baby girl or boy names? I just had my first son in August. I'm 16 years old. I found out I'm pregnant, again. My children are going to be super close in age. I understand. The father (of both of my children) is my fiance. He is 22 & he now has 2 jobs. We have our own apartment & are making it okay. We have our families to help us if we need any help.

Well, my family nor my fiances family knows were pregnant again. We're very scared to tell our families due to the fact were not really prepared to have another child & we JUST had a baby recently. We don't agree with abortion & we are NOT putting our baby up for adoption. Those are not choices. We plan on keeping our baby. I'm still in school & I still will be able to be in school once we have this baby.

How can I reveal to our families that we're pregnant once again?

Guys does your gf make you wear a condom if you are in a commited relationship w/ her? I have been dating my gf for about 3 years now and she is going to be my future wife (soon). However she still makes me wear a condom. She is not on birth control (dont ask me why she is not, she has given me many reasons but I dont want to go into that). Also she says even if she was on birth control I would still have to wear a condom. Any advice from both guys or girls on this?
