In the cases of incest or rape, ok, I condone it, but those instances are very rare. Most of the time, it's because the woman was too lazy too not take her birth control or the morning after pill. I'm glad that late-term abortions have been outlawed, that's a good step. But this needs to be over-turned, you agree?

Too many innocent lives taken due to irresponsible people not caring about the consiquences of their actions and then when they do fall pregnant there is an easy way out of it because they dont want to take responsibility and only care about them selves.

In rape cases and for seriouse medical reasons i think abortion should be allowed but no it is not a form of birth control for all thoes slack people out there including the guys who dont want to use condoms!!

No, I don't agree. Roe vs. Wade says that the GOVERNMENT shouldn't make this decision for a woman. She and her doctor can make that decision.

Late term abortions are not outlawed. Any woman can get an abortion up to 24 weeks (in some states 26). Any after 24 weeks requires a decision from a judge who will look at the case.

Perhaps we should have the government decide which boys should be snipped by the age of 16. It could be based on which boys are most likely to get girls pregnant. Lots less births, don't you think? Oh...that should be the boy's decision? Hmm... why is that?
