My first was a C Section, my 2nd was a VBAC....a very successful VBAC...he was 10lbs, 3 ounces. My 3rd if I choose to have one, will be vaginal. Will not do another C Section unless it is a medical emergency.

cesarean.
As many as she wants. You keep getting pregnant and they keep taking them back out. At some point you may end up losing your uterus in the process, but generally they warned you before that pregnancy not to get pregnant.
I have a friend who has had 3, and her friend has had 6, and is on her 7th pregnancy- all delivered by c-section.

When possible, a VBAC (vaginal birth after C-section) is usually tried after a 1st C-section. With most doctors, after two C-sections, the risk of uterine rupture becomes so great that they insist on all other deliveries be C-sections.
But otherwise, you can have as many C-section babies as you want. However, the more C-sections you have, the more scar tissue you usually get. The more scar tissue you have, the more difficult it is to get pregnant again.

I had three Csections and my last one resulted in extreme blood loss and me almost dying. Tranfusions and lots of immune system problems afterwards.
It depends on the woman's uterus and if it can handle it. I would suggest not having one if you don't have to. I had to, and even though I had to, my body still couldn't handle the third.
