Sanatogan is a great pregnancy multivitamin which provides essential nutrients and minerals as well as folic acid and iron which are very important during pregnancy.

Vitamin B6 has been shown to be very helpful in reducing nausea associated with pregnancy. Recommended dosage would be 25 mg 3 times a day or 50 mg morning and night.

Most prenatal vitamins have some B6 already in there, but it is fine to take it as as supplement as well. You wouldn't want to exceed 100 mg per day.

I used Tesco pregnancy vitamins and am now 29 weeks pregnant. You should get about 1.mg of vitamin B6 while pregnant and it's supposed to help relive morning sickness (http://www.babycenter.com/0_vitamin-b6-how-it-benefits-you-during-pregnancy_666.bc). As for what your baby looks like, check:

I didn't have much symptoms at 5 weeks other than really big sore boobs and mood swings.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

mothercare.com is very good for info on your growing baby, they have a weeks by week guide where you can see what your baby should look like and whats going on inside you.
as for the vitamins, all vitamins are good in pregnancy as is iron and folic acid but stay away from vitamin a and any food with vitamin a in it (mostly liver and pate) it can boost your immune system too high and cause your body to fight off the baby
