Nothing to worry about. Your blood volume has increased by nearly 50% and this puts an extra load on your heart. So you might find yourself feeling a little breathless sometimes. Your baby needs more oxygen as well, and so pregnant mothers instinctively find themselves taking very deep or heavy breaths at times.

At 23 weeks you're belly is not very large yet, so that's only a small part of the equation. Later on in your pregnancy you might feel more tired and winded simply from carrying around a big belly.

I'm feeling just like you are, and it's perfectly normal!

each individual consists of in yet differently. it type of feels as in case you had a smaller body before you acquire pregnant. you're not any more outsized. overlook concerning the those that sit down there "oh you're too small" "oh you're too enormous" because if there is one problem each pregnant lady might want to apply, this is a collection of earplugs. i comprehend i'd be 28 weeks Friday, and that i have received 24 lbs. With my daughter (first) I were given as a lot as 215 and all started out at 145. each lady and being pregnant is diverse,so i'd not stress about it. i imagine you've a cute infant abdomen :)
