you could buy her a necklace with a charm representing one of these and put it in a box so she gets it last .....
ballet shoes would easily fit
a small camera or mp3---fisher price makes both drop proof
candies of course
hair ribbons-- that are embellished to rep her interests
dvd
even finger puppets

Her feet!
But seriously...
- I saw soccer ball chocolates recently; or a real soccer ball; you can get some girly colors now too;
- Gymnastics - a twirling ribbon thing;
- Is she too old for Angelina Ballerina merchandise? Or how about a tutu?
- You can get stickers on just about any theme;
- Saddle Club books.
My kids are boys so their gifts might not inspire you!

In my 7 year old daughter's stocking, I have gum, socks, panties, a charm bracelet, lip gloss, hair bows, new toothbrush, body spray, I found these really small My Little Pony's, new earrings. I got a few more things, but I can't think of what it is! I always put candy in there!

Candy is always good! maybe dance shoes...or gymnastic shoes...u know what im talking about ....and little toys! I loved anything that was even shaped like a horse lol. so maybe some small horse figures, jewelry is always a good thing. i like the idea of a charm bracelet. she could add on as she gets older....but you can find charms of all the things she loves

At the bank the other day I saw a holder for the new dollar coins. I picked up some for my kids, along with the 4 coins that go into them. (I presume you're in the US) When my daughter was younger, I used to put hair accessories in hers. Go to a dollar store and see what they have there for small things that she might like . And don't forget to put a huge orange in the toe! THAT'S tradition in our family!

candy was always a must in my stocking when i was that age.
you can usually find socks with pictures of her favorite things. i got my niece and nephew an ice pack called 'boo boo budies'. they had shapes of different sports. like a soccer ball, or basketball.
try some nail polish, lipsmackers chapstick, stickers to go on your fingernails.
