Will this be ok? I have also brought a new sterliser. So using bottles that are not quite new but new teats and sterliser will this be ok as i would of thought so. I am a single mum with 3 other children on a low incomes. I cant breastfeed.

Its just that with the other children i brought new bottles new teats, but this time i am a single mum so i need to cut corners without being dangerous

that is fine. People re-use bottles for their subsequent children all the time, so as long as they are sterilised and the teats replaced then you shouldn't have a problem.
Avent bottles are really good and expensive too so its great that you have gotten them for free!

I used to buy teats every week, because my kids are biters!! Thankfully they only had a bottle for 2 months

Yes no problem at all! You've done exactly right buying the new teats, once you sterilise the bottles they're perfectly safe for your bub.

As long as you sterilize the bottles and replace the teats, I think you should be fine.

Wash them like you would dishes, then sterilize them & they'll be fine. If you can't really afford that sterilizer, you can bring water to a boil, then drop the bottles in for 2 minutes as well.
