It's a little more than 50%, because some people are genetically predisposed towards having a particular sex of child. If you've already had two the same, there's a higher chance that you're one of them and will have a third the same.

Not a much higher chance, though - there's still a good chance it will be a girl. But the chance of having another the same goes up the more the same you already have. So if you have 4 children all boys, the chances of the 5th being a boy are slightly higher than if you have 2 children both boys.

What can possibly influence the gender of their children however could be when the child was conceived (closer to ovulation usually gets a boy, just before or just after can get a girl), or diet, or sperm count. But at the end of the day you get what your given and its 50/50

its still a 50/50 chance, think of it this way, if u flip a coin 2 times and it lands on heads both times there is not a greater chance that it will land on tails the next time.
