Is this totally weird or are other people doing the same thing as what she just did. She said that #7 came because
"The Lord Willed It". I just think its weird to have a grandchild that is older than your own child. The girl is a sweety who had this baby. Am I right about that situation being crazyness or are there others.
Btw I have no intent on ever having another I am happy with 3 and my tubes are tied.

I see all the time on Y!A "Me & my boyfriend" or "me & my fiance" - as someone in their late 30's (not religious either), I feel like my grandma when having to ask this question...

Sure there are situations out there where someone doesn't want to be married and just wants to have a kid or maybe if you are gay & can't legally be married...

Sorry if this offends some, I just don't get it - my wife & I planned for all 3 and before that, a box of condoms and birth control pills doesn't cost all that much...

Is this the same in other countries outside the USA also, would like some answers from the international community as well.

Ok, so i just had my 2nd baby 15 weeks ago and i am part breast feeding (3 b.feeds a day with 2 formula). I have had sex but have used condoms and took a test about 4 weeks ago coz i hadent had my period. that was negative. anyway, i had the implant put in my arm about 3 weeks ago and continued having sex with condoms (as recommended by doc) and i thought i started my period today as i was bleeding but now it just very light and pink. i know breast feeding and implant mess up periods but is this normal? has anyone else experienced this? do you think i should take another test to be safe? Serious answers please. Thanks!

Can anyone give me details of the teethign process. My 6 month old has be teething for 3 months now. No teeth yet, but soon the doc said. She seems to have all sorts issues that I need to know are expected with teething.
1. ear grabbing
2. Increase or decrease in appetite
3. irritability
4. sleepless ness (daytime)
5. restlessness during the night, wakes up a couple times, seemes like she is in pain.
6. doubles over and turns herself red as if she were pushing hard. (poops normal)
7. Drools alot of course.
Is it normal for her appetite to decrease and she seems like she cant get comfy during the night.

Which is your favorite way to spell it? We are trying to decide quickly on a name for our daughter due Dec 1st. Our son, Landon is 5 and is so excited as are we, but he keeps asking "What is her name going to be?"

What is a good middle name? We were originally thinking of the names Peyton Drew, Hayden Kelsi and Hannah Drew. Because my name is Kelsi Drew. Now my husband suggested this and we are really leaning toward it. So I think some middle name choices that have meaning to us ( but I am open to other suggestions) are: Rae, Drew, Kelsi and Claire.

I think I like Caitlin the best, but my husband likes Kaitlyn. I have no idea how to settle this. Does anyone know which way is the most common?

Well, give me your opinion plus a way to settle this.

Or either!

love, kelsi

When my doctor found out that I wasnt married, he tried talking me into an abortion by telling me that I miscarried. Can a doctor refuse you just because your pregnant and not married?

I have a 10 1/2 month old and since he was born every once in a while here and there I will have feelings of movement like the kicks and bumps you feel when you first start feeling fetal movement. I just took a pregnancy test the other day as I am late but it was negative so pretty sure I don't have a baby in there to be kicking me! Besides, this has gone on for some time now. Are "phantom kicks" something that's normal?

I have been breastfeeding my newborn for the past 5 weeks and am still finding it very uncomfortable and painful on my nipples because I just can't get my baby to latch on to the breast properly. It has become almost unbearable to nurse him, but no matter how hard I try I am unable to make him take more of the aereola in his mouth when he nurses. He is basically suckling only on the nipple, which is very painful.

How can I get him to open his mouth wider and accept a 'mouthful' of my breast, rather than taking only the nipple? Times that I have managed to get him latched comfortably he squirms away until just the nipple is in his mouth again.

He is getting plenty of milk, and is gaining weight very well, it's just that the pain from feeding him is so great that I can hardly stand it. I have no access to a lactation consultant for help, and I'm at my wits end. I don't want to give up on breastfeeding, but I don't know how much longer I can. Please help!

Why is it when a woman asks about abortion, people advise adoption because "many couples want to have children and cant and are willing to adopt yours"

I am not asking anything about your thoughts on abortion.

I am just wondering what is wrong with the hundreds of thousands of children that are already here that they can not be adopted instead?

Is a 5 year old somehow inferior to the unborn fetus that he/she doesnt deserve to be adopted while the newborn does?

Is it the contractions? Or the baby coming out? What kind of pain is it? Like really bad cramps or what?! Is it unbearable or enough to suck it up? Would you recommend an epidural.. because the thought of a needle stabbing my spine scares the hell out of me!!! :( I'm 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby (little girl), still got awhile to go. I'm a tough cookie, but I'm starting to get scared.. lol :P Anyone? :)

Yes I know I can take tylenol, apply heating pads & take warm baths, but anything else that will help? The pressure/pain is so bad when I get up from lying down or sitting position to go to the bathroom or whatever I can't even walk! Every step is excruciating! So walking it off doesn't work! and yes, baby is in fetal position (ready to go) and is already 6 lbs and I'm sure that's what's causing it. But any stretches? or anything other than the things I've mentioned (which the doc suggested) that you PREGNANT or WERE pregnant women found helpful?
Please only answer if you have encouraging or helpful things to say, I don't really care for those people who are like "oh just deal with it, you're pregnant" Yes, I know, and I'm sick of hearing it. I'm at an uncomfortable stage right now and I really will rip your head off! LOL! Thanks! :)

I have been exclusively breastfeeding my son for the past 3 1/2 months but now I would like to have him drink from a bottle every once in awhile. My husband has started feeding him a bottle once a day but my son just will not drink from it. If he does drink it takes him an hour to drink one oz. I really don't know what to do. Do I have other options if he continues to refuse a bottle like a sippy cup?

Please help. Thanks
