I am going to give you my standard answer.......go get a book called "taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. It will help you truly understand your body and cycle and erase all the myths that women believe about their bodies. It will help you chart and find your best days for conception - or not! It will also help you learn if you are pregnant or not faster than any pregnancy test can tell you. I believe every woman - whether they want to conceive or not should read this book. I believed all the ovulation & conception myths that are floating around here until we tried for a year with no luck. My doctor recommended the book and it worked the very next month! It turned out my timing was wrong and that I don't ovulate in the middle of my cycle like most women.
I'll be 40 in Nov....and I am due to have my 4th in March!

I have been in your boat. I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks pregnant and then it took months for me to conceive again. Just try to relax about it. Get as much information possible about why you miscarried before and also monitor your cervical mucus, cervix position and use a Ovulation Predictor Kit if possible. Also, you can go to FertilityFriend.com. This is a great sight that will help you with detecting ovulation, etc. I know it is so hard, but try to stay positive. It will happen, just keep on educating yourself and trying! Best Wishes.

you can't plan these things, and people who do aren't the lucky ones. your body will decide when the time is right.
whatever you do don't think it was because you had a miscarriage. this is no way to keep yourself relaxed. i went through the same ordeal last year, and now i have a beautiful baby girl. what you need to do is take it easy, ask yourself if you are you sure your at that point in your life? god may have other plans for you right now. do something to get your mind off of this for now.

The best way to get pregnant is to adopt> Usually you are pregnant within months of an adoption because the pressure is off.
But for now, stay on a good diet and get healthy. fruits and veggies, no/limited meat, no dairy, nothing white, no processed or fast foods, water and exercise. Supplement
maybe Omega 3, B-12 and JuicePlus+, http://www.juiceplus.com/nsa/pages/Home.soa?site=Lb53116
GOOD LUCK

You gotta get a man in the sack first!
bath first
lots of pre se x foreplay (get wet!!!)
sleep after the deed is done and dont get up for 30 minutes.
Best to do this when you ovulate (temp goes up one degree centigrade when it happens) take temp every morning.
Relax and let nature take its course... Not everybody gets pregnant easily.
good luck and best wishes in the future.
enjoy trying!

Just count the days till you ovulate. But, looking at your spelling and syntax I'd say to finish school first. The directions on a package of Pampers will probably test your reading skills.
