This sounds pretty normal to me. I'm right behind you at 29 weeks and have days where my little one just seems quiet. I've kind of noticed a pattern...two or three really active days, one or two quiet days. I'm not on my feet a lot, so I have the opportunity to keep track of movements throughout the day. Sometimes I think it has something to do with how the baby is positioned, also. I sense that mine turns inward from time to time (towards my spine), and I feel less movement when she does. I'm aware of her being in that position because every once in a while I'll feel a deep kick, as if her little feet or arms were trying to punch my back. It feels different when she's turned the other way and I can see her extremities poking out! You sound fine to me, but if you're worried you should call your doctor for reassurance. There aren't any stupid questions when it comes to pregnancy! Good luck and congrats!

no its nothing to be concerned about at all. try eating a snack and drink juice then laying down and relax that should give the baby energy. but you also have to remember that babies are more active at night when the mom is sleeping so he could be very active in the middle of the night and sleeping during the day. try the snack thing it always work for me with both my kids and it makes you feel a lot better. also a lot of woman thoughout there pregnancy are concerned about a miscarriage but remember that during the first trimester is the highest risk of having one just relax and take a deep breath your baby will be a healthy little bundle ofjoy. congrats

he's probably getting into a sleeping pattern. my baby did that too, i was usually worried and i would talk to him or have his dad talk to him and he would reassure us. Also, from about 32 to 36 weeks there would be days where i would get so worried because he wasnt moving as much but the next day or the same night he would start kicking and punching. my stomach hurt alot! my midwife said that he was growing and getting stronger. She was right because i really popped out after that period! If youre really worried go to the hospital and make sure everything is ok. Best wishes!!

My baby hates Monday. No really...he doesn't move a lot on Mondays. Or when I'm sick, like today.
The further you go the less movement you get. Baby just runs out of room. If you get really worried, try drinking a little bit of soda. If you go a whole day without movement, then you can call your doctor.

You have had movement and thats fine. Just like newborns the unborn have days where they just sleep and grow, in a day or so he'll be more awake and twice as busy using those new muscles and skills.
Its totally normal.
No movement at all for 24 hours is NOT normal.

i don't think so. but if you are call your obgyn, that's what they're there for. sometimes i didn't feel my baby that much. towards the end the kicks get pretty strong though. i used to wonder if i felt her enough too and everything was totally fine. i think if you're at work all day the baby is sleeping usually.

As the baby gets bigger there is less room and you will feel him (I assume him because you said him) less. As long as there is movement you should be fine. Also, babies tend to have lazy days!!! Even in the womb!!! Congrats on the baby!

might just be turned around or could be dropping into your pelvic area whihc means it won't move as much but if you are still concerned you can call your dr.
