Jamillah is intriguing, and while I'm familiar with its origin and meaning, I'm not positive on the pronunciation. Is the ending literally "mill-ah," as written, or is it said "mee-lah" (which is also lovely)? Just curious. ;) Either way, the name is wonderful, especially if it honors the child's heritage, and the myriad of potential nicknames make it even more appealing. After all, if she ever finds it "too" different, she can always be called Jamie, Milla(h), Milly, Mia, etc. ;)
It is quite an ethnic-sounding name, so I might be wary of using it on a non-Arabic child. Might seem odd on my own little Irish girls, if you follow. :) But assuming it fits, it's a lovely option.
Emily and Emma are both beautiful classic options, but the most common two names out there at the moment. So assuming you would rather she stand out than blend in, Jamillah seems a more intriguing choice. ;)
Edit: Knowing your son's name, Jamillah would be FAR too similar for my taste. Not "easier to remember" ... just more confusing, to be honest. I'd stick with Emily Elizabeth, in that case. Or if you really want her to "stand out" a bit, switch it to Elizabeth Emily, and use one of the number of available nickname options (Elle, Ella, Ellie, Nell, Nelly, Eliza, Liza, Liz, Lizzy, Liv, Livvy, Libby, Lily, Izzy, Beth, Bette, Betty, Betsy, Bess, etc.). ;)

Emma Charlotte
Emily Rose
Lila Grace(instead of Jamillah)
It's a toss between Emma and Emily, I like Emily as Emma is becoming too popular.
