Those are the only ways I was told. I mean, everyone gave their opinions - applying a warm damp cloth to the breast.. ect.. but feeding whenever the baby was hungry and if he/she isn't feeding too often, pump to keep supply up is a guarentee. Sorry I couldnt be much help!

Mothers Milk tea and fenugreek from your local health food store or GNC and if that doesn't help ask your doctor to prescribe Reglan. Make sure you stay well hydrated and try to relax when you're feeding. Anxiety can cause you to not have a good letdown.

ask you gynecologist, I think there are pills to increase your milk production but that is only if you have problems producing more milk after pumping and feeding.

Feeding often is the only reliable way I know of.
