You need to get her to the E.R and tell them exactly what has happened, and they will, I am certain, admit her and run tests to find out what is happening and why. If they don't, tell them to. I don't think you'll need to tell them to, though. Until then, you SHOULDN'T sleep. Oh, and afterwards, get a new pediatrician. I'm sure you know that. I don't know what pediatrician would send your daughter home with a shrug and an "I don't know" when your baby has stopped breathing and either had a seizure or some sort of abnormal brain activity. But it's obviously a negligent one.
E.R. Now.

I know u may be frantic and at ur witts end but, calm down so u don't panic baby's can sense that but, definitely take her to the er or if you have a children's hospital near u take her there.
My boy had a heart defect and they life flew him to Vandy/ Monroe Carroll Children's Hospital and he got the best care. he was in the nicu ( neonatal intensive care unit) for his first 3 wks of his life. He's been thru a lot but, he's a healthy happy baby and just turned 1. Miracles happen everyday.
Power of Prayer and Good Dr's and Best care are what u need.

One thing might be something like a febrile seizure, these can occur when a temp can change dramatically. For instance when a med wears off. This happened to our son, and he was rigid, but not shaking like you would associate with a seizure. Even called the paramedics and then went in, and thats what the ER told us. However with vaccines, could associate temp changes, but who knows what else.
He was also a preemie and had apnea issues, so we had one of those angelcare monitors to start with, that detects when movement stops. Back then they were about $75. Hate to recommend buying anything, but that always helped put us at ease.

i was previously working in an hospital, and i can tell you that it is not good if your baby has too much of mucus, ask your child specialist to give her some inhalation i.e this inhalation solution is made up of salt water solution and it is very good for the babies.U get a special apparatus for inhalation,u have to ask yr child specialist for it.
Can be because of too much of mucus her lungs are getting blocked.I think if your baby had cold the doctor wouldnt have given her vaccine.Secondly check her with a neurologist if it happens again that is for Epilepsy(fit),dont be frightened ,in the hospital they do this types of check it is called EEG(ELECTRO ENCEPHELO GRAM) it is harmless but it checks if your baby has epeleptic seizure. It wont harm your baby nothing it is jst like ECG of heart.

You need to get that baby to a CHILDRENS HOSPITAL and have her looked at by specialists! It could be neurological, a sort of seizure... you need to take her someplace that SPECIALIZES in pediatric emergencies. Pediatricians are fine for the sniffles and check ups, but something major needs to be addressed some place else.

If you are seriously concerned for your daughter, take her to the hospital so that they can run extensive tests & xray's on her lungs and chest and sinuses.
Taking her to the doctors is great, but if they're only listening with her stethoscope they're not exhausting all their resources.
That is seriously scary for any mother to have to go through, I can't imagine how scared your daughter was!
Don't give up and don't take I don't know for an answer!
Good luck!

So it sounds like she passed out from lack of air? My daughter did that just a couple weeks ago and she is 14 months old, it scared the hell out of us. I can't imagine her doing that at 2 months old.
Try a humidifier to soften the airways and open them up, put a phone book under the side of the mattress her head is on so she can have her upper body up a bit more and maybe even see how much Benadryl your doctor will allow you to give her -if any.
Benadryl has an anti-inflamatant in it, so it will help keep her membranes from swelling up - but only use it if the doctor says it is okay.
Good luck!! I feel for you!
