Yes I know I can take tylenol, apply heating pads & take warm baths, but anything else that will help? The pressure/pain is so bad when I get up from lying down or sitting position to go to the bathroom or whatever I can't even walk! Every step is excruciating! So walking it off doesn't work! and yes, baby is in fetal position (ready to go) and is already 6 lbs and I'm sure that's what's causing it. But any stretches? or anything other than the things I've mentioned (which the doc suggested) that you PREGNANT or WERE pregnant women found helpful?
Please only answer if you have encouraging or helpful things to say, I don't really care for those people who are like "oh just deal with it, you're pregnant" Yes, I know, and I'm sick of hearing it. I'm at an uncomfortable stage right now and I really will rip your head off! LOL! Thanks! :)

If I were you I would seriously consider some type of support garment.

That could be something cheap and easy like biker shorts or maternity support hose with the legs cut off.....or something fancier like the FemBrace or the support garments made by Prenatal Cradle.

I've heard countless pregnant woman say they get great results from methods like this.

I am having a lot of pelvic pain plus varicose veins so I am going to try the support hose first, and then get a maternity garment if that doesn't work.

I found that if I got on hands and knees and did slow pelvic stretches (rock your plevis front and back, as far as you can stretch it.) it would buy me a few hrs of relief. It will come and go for the next few weeks, so try to get used to it (easy to say since I'm no longer pregnant!!)
