My periods have always been like clockwork. When I was pregnant with my daughter I spotted brown 2 weeks after the date I should've started. And with my son I spotted the day I should've started. Also when I was 3 months pregnant with my son I took 2 pregnancy tests at home, both negative. Then I took 2 more at the doctors office which came back negative till they took blood work which came back positive. Now with my daughter, I breastfed her for 13 months, I didn't get my period till a month after I stopped. I'm still breastfeeding my son, he'll be 1 year old next month. And I started my period last month on the 18th. I had intercourse with hubby and we all know the pull out method doesn't always work. I took a pregnancy test last week, negative. I'm 8 days late and just started cramping today. Then I started brown/pink spotting. I've heard of irregular periods while breastfeeding, this is a first for me. Is brown/pink spotting normal while breastfeeding? Or possible pregnancy?

I woke up this morning and one breast was extremely sore. I mean it's painful. I was wondering if it could be a clogged milk duck. I breastfeed my 2 month old daughter

i just noticed how my 9 month old shows no intrust in drinking from a bottle but will drink water/juice from a sippy cup. we can give him a bottle with his formula in it and he will drink some then throw it down and go play and it use to take no more then 20mins to drink 8 oz know it takes more then a hour so we end up throwing out most of the bottle. i was thought his throut hurt but yet he will drink juice and water from a sippy. he has been on a sippy since 6 months old .

my question is do they usally reject the bottle at this age? if he shows no intrest in the bottle what is the best sippy to get for his formula that has to be thicken with rice cereal?

My 18 y/o son does not want the responsibility of finishing school, or working. I told him that if he didn't go to school, then in order for him to stay at home, he would have to work full-time and pay rent. I have given him chance after chance, but he gives me nothing but excuses, excuses. We got into an argument over him quitting his job and not going to school. He became belligerent and cussing, I told him that if he didn't stop he could get his things and leave. He did leave, and did not call for a week. He ran out of places to stay evidently, so he called me to come home and get some things. When I got home he had gotten into the house and was sleeping. I told him to get his things and go back to where he was the last 7 days. Things became emotional and my son said f--- y-- bi--- to me. I told him that I was not going to be treated that way and to get out. He called to see what he needed to do to come back- I said a full-time job. what do u think?

My daughter will be 3 on monday, she is potty trained. The problem is she wont use a toilet. She will use the potty when she needs to go but screams if I suggest she use the toilet. She has seen me and her brother (he's 5) using it and we call it the big girls potty. We have a kids seat that fits over the normal seat.
My son's were really easy, but they didn't have to sit on it!!
I just don't know what to do next. She will be starting pre school in jan and I really want her to be using the toilet by then.
Any advice would be great!!
Thanks.
