I woke up this morning and one breast was extremely sore. I mean it's painful. I was wondering if it could be a clogged milk duck. I breastfeed my 2 month old daughter

Sounds like you have one. Blocked milk ducts are no fun!
Sometimes I felt like I had the flu, all achy and feverish.

Take a warm shower, massage that side.
Let you daughter nurse on that side first, try to massage towards her while she eats. She'll suck harder and maybe help dislodge it. HONESTLY it will not hurt her to nurse. Some may say not to nurse, but then you'll just back up more!
If it doesn't go away soon, check in with your doctor...but DON'T stop nursing!

Good luck!

Sounds like it. Its just a forever ache that hurts really REALLY bad, especially when you bounce or touch the area. Its like being engorged in just one small area.

Just keep nursing, her suction will dislodge it. You can keep it warm, stand in the shower and let hot water just pound away at it.

Every time I got a clogged duct I ended up having to fly some where. Something about nursing during the pressure change of take off and landing (so my son wouldnt have sore ears) dislodged it each time. Sooo... if you have to fly it would help :)

A painful lump; the skin may look reddened as well.
If you apply heat, keep it empty and rest a bit more (they typically happen when you are over-doing it) it should resolve by itself.
If it persists and you have a temp greater than 38C or 100F, call your doctor. It could become an infection. You can still breast-feed if you are taking antibiotics. Just apply heat, keep it empty, and rest! Try different positions to nurse your baby to help empty the breast more thoroughly and avoid bras with under wires (they can cut off circulation).

You're probably right. Try warm compresses, something like Tylenol for the pain, and continue to nurse or pump on that side. Call your doctor and make sure that that's all you can do. (I'm trying to remember if I was given antibiotics when it happened to me and I can't!) Good luck to you.

If you have a fever, you might have an infection. You should contact your doctor. Also, check out this site La Leche League: http://www.llli.org/FAQ/mastitis.html

is it red, and hot to the touch?

go to the GP; it could end up as mastitis which is rotten and requires antibiotics (and we all know what those can lead to, as if you weren't feeling manky enough)
