Everything can be okay in moderation. If you want one, have one, as long as it's not every day.

Omg, during my 1st pregnancy, I craved these so badly. I probably ate 2 packs of the stuff a day. I never thought about it being unhealthy tho. As with anything, you put into your body, just take it easy and don't over-do anything. Your baby should be fine, so go ahead and fulfill that craving.

Just eat it... it isn't going to hurt anything, unless that is ALL you are eating. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush any of the excess salt, which can make you swell a little. We all have to break down every now and then and eat what we are craving... as long as it is edible and not dangerous. Things that aren't necessarily healthy, like junk food, are okay in moderation.

The sodium is extremely high, which is suppose to be avoided during pregnancy. I also read when I was pregnant, that instant noodles are one of the worst foods you could eat, not only because of sodium, but there is no nutritional value. It is best to avoid them, but I also craved them when I was pregnant.....and did eat them on rare occasions. Good luck with the cravings!

The biggest problem would be to your health not the baby's. Many pregnant women develope edema and the excessive salt in many commercially prepared foods will contribute to that condition. If you begin to notice swelling in your joints, cut back on your sodium intake.

If you are craving it, have it.
You know it is unhealthy so do not eat it every day, but it will not hurt the baby if you have a few servings thru your pregnancy

Try to eat a wide variety of foods and hit all the food groups.

I think if you are craving something, then there is something in that food that your body really needs. Go for it.....just try not to overdo it.
