swimming while pregnant? Yes, swimming while your pregnant is very relaxing, because it takes all the extra pressure off your back and you get a little rest. :)

sex while pregnant? Yes, unless your doctor advises you not to, I had sex up until the day I gave birth.

running while pregnant? During the earlier months it's ok, but when you start getting big, then it can cause you to get off balance and fall, so it's safe up to an exstent.

jumping while pregnant? Once again, safe in the first months, until you get big and causes you to loose balance.

Doctors say that you should continue doing your normal routines until there are complications or you feel like you can not do them anymore. I am in the military and we still have to go pt(physical training) unless we have a doctors note stating otherwise. It's good to stay active during your pregnancy because it makes your labor a lot easier.
Hope I helped some!

Swimming, walking and jogging are safe cardiovascular exercises in the water. The water depth should be between the navel and nipple for proper body mechanics. Any exercises that can be done on land (standing) can be done in the water. Leg kicks, arm circles, pushing and pulling the water can provide strength training for the muscles.
To stretch the back, stand with your back against the pool wall. Press the lower back against the wall and pull the baby in toward the spine. Shoulder rolls will help to loosen tight muscles caused by the enlarging breasts.
The only thing that could harm the baby is holding her breath. Twisting movements may be uncomfortable
oh and the sex from what my doctor told me yes it is totally fine but avoid if you have an ifection, placentia previa, had an episodes of bleeding, or have had pre-term labor or birth. there are plenty of other reason to avoid it just ask ur doctor. you can run as long as ur doctor says it safe for you. as long as you keep ur heart rate at 150 you should be good. as for the jumping not too sure but i dont do it. I wouldnt over do it when you exercise, your body temperature rises as a result of increased blood volume. Externally your body temperature rises, and also internally. Internally, your body temperature is several degrees higher than externally because there isn't a cooling mechanism on the inside that works like the air on your skin outside. Therefore, the fetus temperature can rise to unsafe levels.

Swimming when pregnant is excellent, its a great way to get exercise, stretch, and take the weight off pressure points and nerves.

Sex is great for all three of you, unless your doctor has decided from your internal that you have an incomplete cervix or are at high risk due to previous miscarriage.

If you always ran and jumped then it wont hurt anything to keep doing it. At some point you have to slow it down because you'll tear and hurt yourself. But whatever you did before is fine once you're pregnant until you CANT do it anymore.

Yes to all of the above unless your caregiver says otherwise!

You are pregnant, not sick or disabled. :-) As long as you are having a normal, healthy pregnancy then all of those activities are FINE.

Swimming is actually considered one of the best exercises for PG women. Once you get big, it feels SO GOOD to be weightless in the pool!

As long as your caregiver doesn't tell you to go on "pelvic rest" then you are fine to go right ahead and have as much sex as you want. :-)

If you ran before you got PG, then you are probably just fine to continue running while PG. There will probably be a point where it is no longer comfortable to you though.

Not exactly sure what kind of jumping you're talking about? Just jumping up and down? That should be fine.....just don't go bungee jumping or anything extreme like that!

Swimming is great exercise when pregnant, sex any time unless told different by doctor, running yes, but not too strenuous, jumping? don't worry the baby won't fall out, but I don't know why you want to jump! As with everything don't start a strenuous exercise program when you are pregnant, only do things your body is used to.

You should be able to do all of them but running and jumping should be stopped once you tummy starts getting bigger. Walking briskly works well to replace the running for a while.
Don't have sex if you are high risk or ask your doctor in that case.

Swimming for sure, sex yes (and I just found out from my doc that at the end of pregnancy the semen actually will help bring on labour) runningand jumping I just wouldn't do although I had a friend tell me to jump up and down to get labour going.
Good luck

Yes, anything you did before can be done now. Don't start any new intense exercises, but walking would be very healthy! I'm assuming this is your first pregnancy since you are asking this question, but unless you had any prior pregnancy complications I'd ask your doctor first. Congrats!
