hi yestaday i did a clear blue test not the digital one. the thing is it looked like it said neg tht about 15 mins later i inspected it closer and saw a faint line and all last nite i was thinking wahoo im pregnant. then read up that if you leave it too long an evaporation line appears and now im dead dissapointed im going do another one 2morrow but im soooo anxious i am having some symtons but the thing is 2weeks ago i had a period and 4weeks before that i had a m/c. so thats why ive got my doubs with me just having a period but i have heard that it is possible. has this happend to anyone else

Pregnancy tests are invalid after about 10 min. What you saw was prob the evaporation line.

Yes it happened to me - I did the test in the morning, went off to brush my teeth, then saw it was negative (no line), only to go back and check about 15 minutes later and there was definitely a line there. And the result means you are not pregnant - you need to read it in the rigt time. Also as you recently had a m/c it could have been affecting the result if hormones are still inyour body but what you describe sounds like just the evaporation line.

Its an evaporation line after 10 minutes. I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. The disappointment can be devestating.
Best thing to do now is go to the doctors and have a test. Theirs are most sensitive and 99% accurate. Ask for blood tests if you are still not convinced.

Hi no matter what anyone says to you about it being a evaporation line please ignore them, as this isn't the case, i did 9 test in one week and every time i did a test it always showed up as being negative, but then when i looked again half hour later there was a clear blue line on them all. eventually i went and brought a clear blue digital test which actually spells it our for you. this came up with PREGNANT. yippee so now I'm 28 weeks tomorrow and so excited. keep doing these tests and also do a digital one. good luck I'm praying for you xx

anything that shows after 10 mins is most likely an evap. The blue dye tests are the worst for that. Get a First Response Early result test.

sorry about your loss ,i think it would be a negative as you only had your period two weeks ago ,you do have a better chance the next couple of months though as you are supposed to be more fertile after a misscarriage ,saying that i havent seen the test and i wasnt there and i could be completely wrong so test again and if you still get a prominent line see your doc .goodluck.xx

If the test has been sitting out for a period of time it will give you a false reading, the test is only good for a limited time after you take the test.

Get a digital. It will tell you flat out if you are pregnant. I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I lost a baby sept 26 and am now about 3 weeks pregnant again.

sorry for your loss. they say after 10 minutes if the result has changed to disgard it. take another test with your first urine tomorrow. You havent missed your period though and you will get a stronger result after you have missed a period.

it was negative read the insert or back of the box it says do not read after the in most tests i have used 10 minutes
your ovulating why are you testing
you arent pregnant test when your late not after you had your period
