how can i cut my three week old triplets fingernails - they keep scratching themselves? how owuld i go about making their fingernails shorter?

I just went off my birth control last month & my husband & I are trying to conceive. I like the taste of beer once in awhile but was afraid to drink an O'Douls. Any medical professional help would be appreciated. Silly question but I'm just curious! I know I'm not pregnant yet but I don't want to take any chances of harming a baby if by chance I did get pregnant.

I took a home prego test yesterday around noon, it said positive, so I went to my dr's office and took another, got the results this morning, negative, took two more home pg's now both are negative. Excuse my language, but WTF! I know none of this was first morning testing, but I am now 29 days into my cycle, usually 28 days. And these tests are made to detect the least amount of HCG. Can anyone help? Thanks ahead of time for answers...

I went and did a 3D/4D thingy yesterday...

And when my little girl realized what we were doing she would do everything in her ability to cover her face. Hands... umbilical cord... everything. So without warning the tecnision uses the little wand thing to push up and down on my baby... pretty much on her face trying to get her to move about. ( This is the second one I've done and the first one did the same. ) I let the first one go thinking... she's trained in this. It's her job. And I even after feeling a bit odd... and asking here if everyone thought it was ok... I returned for the redo. ( My mother spent 130$ on it... I felt sort of obligated... ) This time around after the woman continued to do that... I asked her to stop, and delt with the rather poor photos I had of my daughter. I'm now sitting at home watching the videos and instead of being completely entraced by my little girll moving about - I'm disgusted by the shaking of the screen when she's bouncing my baby around.

So I am having 2 baby shower since my parents are divorced and I keep reading how the husband stays at the shower, Is that how it is I never heard that, and also my dad was so excited about the shower on his side of the family telling me how he's going to grill and all that is that proper or does it not matter?

Just wondering how many of you had adverse affects from the epidural. I've registered for one, but I really want to try to do it on my own. (this is my first) I'm just a little nervous bc I've never experienced this before. I really want to try to go with out one but then again I don't want to hate the whole experience bc of the pain. So any of you who did it drug free for the first time, I'd love to hear your thoughts!!

My husband has a 1988 dodge daytona and the back seat only has lap belts. Our child is due in less then 3 weeks and we went to go get the car seat ready and we realized theres only lap belts in older cars....what are we sapossed to do? Is it illegal to just use the lap belt or do we have to get a different kind of belt installed??? Maybe there is a diffrent way to hook it up...i mean, their is a bunch of different straps with hooks coming from the bottom of the car seat- so i assume their is an alternative for cars that only have lap belts. Any help would be great- so far i cant find any websites pertaining to that.

my idea is to get a plain, design free picture frame then get some different colored finger paints. i am going to dip my nine month old daughters hands in the paints and put her hand prints all around it. i will probably also put "happy 1st daddy day" or something similar on it as well. and in the picture frame i was planning on putting a picture of my husband holding our daughter. it is a very sweet picture. do you think this is a good idea? what would you do, if anything, differently?

I was at the park yesterday and there was a group of teenagers that were smoking and cussing about things they had a couple toddlers with them and one was a couple months pregnant and she was rubbing up against her boyfriend like she was having it with her clothes on!!! Also I was at the mall and there are these big family bathrooms and we thought one door was broken so we had to wait for the first one but then a teenage couple walked out of the bathroom. GOSH!!! Why are kids doing this? Going out I keep seeing these disgusting things even on tv. What are your opinions.

Im 15 years old and 71/2 mths pregnant and i've been having this very bad pain in my lower back, at the bottom of my stomach and near my private area..I've been having these pain ever since last night I could barely sleep..The pain in my stomach feel like some is punching or pushing down on my stomach, and it hurt very bad... and the pain in my back and near my private area I cant even describe.It just hurts very bad.I called the doctors office and they told me to just take a hot bath and it should go away.But I did that like 50 times and I pain just start getting worse..Did anybody ever have bad pains like this..and if you did can u tall me what they are??

My baby girl is in a great bedtime routine since she was 4wks. She has her bath, change, feed, nurse then bed for 9pm every night and sleeps right through until 3am (last night until 5am) this is great and i am pleased however when she wakes at around 3am for her feed, after she has her bottle, change and is winded she will not actually settle back into a good sleep altho she is very "drowsy" she will wriggle and squirm around until around 5:30/6am then she is bright as a button ready to wake!! She doesn't cry when wriggling altho sometimes but not often she does make little noises and seems very restless. Anyone else had this "problem" and do you think theres something i could be doing to make her feel more relaxed??

I'm a bit concerned because the last time I went to the doctor he told me my baby is in the breech position. I am 28 weeks pregnant and the baby has still not turned. I'm extremely worried that there may be something wrong with the baby! What are the risks of the baby having down syndrome or another birth defect? Why has the baby not turned?!

The doctor also told me that I have a lot of amniotic fluid (but he made it clear that I do NOT have too much). What causes this?

She knows what to do from start to finish, meaning she will go in the potty, wipe herself, flush and wash her hands. I just can't get her to learn when it is time to go. I tried pull ups and she thinks they are diapers. I have put her in underwear and she just pees in them. I just don't know what to do to get her to learn "the feeling". She also is beginning to dislike diapers. I don't know if I am just being impatient or if I am overlooking obvious signs. I would appreciate any advice.

noticed many women get bad teeth, cavities due to when you are pregnant because the baby is taking all the nutrients from your body..is there a way to prevent that besides going to the dentist beforehand and getting all cavities taken care of and having good dental care(dental assistant know all about that:))

I am 8 weeks pg. We saw the heartbeat last wk and the dr said everything looked good. The only symptom I have really had is frequent urination. Now it is gone. I mc a few months ago and I am so scared it will happen again. Is it normal not to be sick or have more symptoms. Is it normal for them to go away and still have a healthy baby?
