I dont know what it means but i was 13 and i am 12 now and my birthday is in 14 days and i found out i was pregnant on my b-day in my dream

It was just a dream and you have a very active imagination!
Just b/c you dreamed something doesn't mean it's going to happen. Pregnancy never "just happens." You would have to actually choose to go out and have unprotected sex, which I'm sure you WON'T do.

You have stated you are trying to get pregnant; the dream is your mind carrying your waking thoughts into sleep. Happens all the time - study for a math test long enough and go to sleep, you'll have math or testing dreams.
