I just went off my birth control last month & my husband & I are trying to conceive. I like the taste of beer once in awhile but was afraid to drink an O'Douls. Any medical professional help would be appreciated. Silly question but I'm just curious! I know I'm not pregnant yet but I don't want to take any chances of harming a baby if by chance I did get pregnant.

Yes, there is no problem. Drink in moderation though.

Yeah, it's perfectly okay. It's the equivalent of nasty tasting soda! But why don't you check with your OB or midwife about drinking the real thing? I know a lot of Ob's who tell their patients if you're really craving a beer or a wine cooler, then indulging in one now and then is perfectly safe. It's hard liquor you really want to avoid. They say if you can do without it, then don't. But as warm weather and family gatherings approach, you don't necessarily need to feel deprived. Just make sure you are also drinking a lot of water, always. Enjoy.

Oh Ghees. Even drinking an alcoholic beer while pregnant wouldn't harm your baby....But it'd probably be a good idea to drink the alcoholic beer since YOU ARE NOT PG...maybe it'd help your chances of conceiving since maybe it relax you a little.
Seriously, being uptight about such things can hender your ability to conceive.

I drank wine (with alcohol) until I found out I was pregnant. There's really no chance of harming the baby until you find out you are pregnant because the baby is not implanted right away.

I am sure it's fine to drink it every once in a while but honestly in my opinion...I wouldn't touch any alcoholic or non alcoholic "beer" at all.
