anything non-American. Any product with safety ratings seem to be more strict within European countries. Try researching this online, may be more expensive but things like car seats you'll be thankful about later. As far as baby strollers though, I'm sure Graco is sufficient.

Well..I have a Graco Travel System and a graco Double stroller and I LOVE THEM! I wont use any other brand!
