hey all! my baby is four and a half months old, and i give her rice cereal in the morning, and then i feed her like a fruit or vegie at dinner, (half the jar) would it be okay if i gave her more than that throughout the day? cause she always is hungry!! and like could i give her bananas or something with her rice cereal in the morning? btw she LOVES sweet potatoes=]

Thanks again to everyone who has given their opinion before but now we have shortened the list after deciding and looking at the replies of the majority. Here is the overview. My husband and I are a couple weeks away from having our sixth son. We are South African. My name is Kate and my husband's name is Brendan. We love all our sons dearly.

We have some options that we both agreed on. We are having trouble on choosing one of the names for our sixth son. We have now shortened the list to two names.

Xavier Kendrick

Note that our last name is Rhodes

My 8 years old son is having pain in his feet and legs at night , but not regularly. I'm very much afraid. Is it due to Calcium deficiency or anything else? If it is due to Calcium deficiency, what should I do for him? Any special food or medicine??????? Thanks in advance.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant (and measuring big!) so I could go into labor at any time ..
I alredy have my hospital bag packed.
I'm just wondering what do I put in my newborns diaper bag (not for the hospital .. but to use after he comes home and we take him places .. I have his stuff packed in my hospital bag)

For my newborns diaper bag I have:
*2 changes of clothes.
*Bib
*2 receiving blankets
*birping cloth
*diapers
*decitin (however you spell it)
*baby wipes
*baby hat
*baby lotion
*2 rattles
(I don't have any bottles in there because I am breastfeeding and I don't want him to get nipple confusion by giving him a bottle before 6 weeks old)

My ex-girlfriend had an child 6 month ago I left her 9 months ago. We stay an distant apart from each other so I couldn't say that she was pregnant at the time. But I also have an child thats 2 years old {he's on the picture} by this girl. Other than an blood test how can I find out about this child being mine or not? And she want even tell me its mine,and I've been taking care of my son for the whole 2 years so theres no bad reputation of me being an bad father I love him and wants to be there for the other one if it's mine.

my 14 year old son has been lying. One day, his father noticed that his bike was missing. My son first told his dad that he didn't know where it was. Afterwards, it finally came out that he let one of his so-called friends use the bike and the friend never brought the bike back. Another incident was that my son's other friend was selling an MP3 player for $25 and my son gave him $15. A neighbor told me that the boy who sold my son the MP3 player was angry at my son and want his MP3 player back. Either my son thought he sold it to him for only $15 since the boy accepted the $15, or my son was trying to rip him off. I knew he bought it from his friend, but my son never told me that the boy wanted the rest of the balance of the $25. I had a long talk with my son about not to buy anything else from his friends and to return the MP3 player. My son is a good kid, but since he started high school, he's changing. What can I do?

Okay so my daughter is 18 months old and she drinks cow milk, usually, but lately she hasnt been feeling well, I would say the past 3 days shes been eating very light and so last night she threw up some of her milk after about 3 hours of having it in her system, earlier today she spit up her apple juice, she didnt eat today, and i gave her milk this night and she threw it all up. So i got her some pedialyte and she wont drink anything, She is sleeping right now. I took her tempature its like 97.1 so... I'm not sure what to do!

What might be the reasons for an opk to NOT detect LH Surge ? I'm using the Clearblue Digital OPK and also bought the Answer OPK today. Any particular reasons why OPK wouldn't work? ....Or are they really 99% accurate?

My aunt and uncle are having their first child. It is a boy and they've chosen to name him Christopher Raymond. Christoper is my aunt's brother's name. And Raymond is after my uncle's grandfather's name and also similar to his own middle name (Ray). The problem I have with this name is Ray is a popular name in my family (It's my middle name as well Rae) and I just think it's too much. And I have problem with Christopher because the brother comitted suicide. I feel that it's a bad omen for the child. Am I right? Or is it ok to name the child after someone who took their own life?

Her nipples are actually bleeding now she is in pain. Our baby is about 3 months old now, she has been pumping for that long. She kinda wants to stop pumping because of the pain, but if she stops for to long she gets engorged with milk and they hurt from being swollen. What should she do?

Has anyone been in this similar situation where even until 18th cycle day the test results didn't detect LH Surge and then maybe several days later you ovulated....This is my first month ttc + opk experience and I'm almost giving up because I've been testing for 10 days already......Why haven't I ovulated it? :(

I don't take any medication or pills and I'm quite healthy. I urinate in the afternoon and haven't had liquid for few hours. I'm doing exactly what the instructions say...still nothing...I never really paid too much attention to my body so just confused.....

I'd only like to hear from ladies who've been in similar situation as me....where you actually ovulated late and ended up pregnant....any success or unsuccessful stories, please share...Thanks!

My 9 month old has her first set of incisors coming through and guess what? They are at the top! No other teeth anywhere - nada, nothing at the bottom, just gums. I asked my family and friends that have children about this and they are all amazed and said they have never heard of this happening. Without sounding stupid, is this something I should be concerned about? What will she look like with two teeth on the top and nothing on the bottom? I felt the bottom and nothing even in the works. I felt nothing but the two upper ones are about a week from coming through.
