I agree it's probably just a bug. Stop offering her foods and milk, those are both things that will make her stomach work too hard right now. Only give her watered down juice, Pedialite IF your doctor has said it's okay, water, jello, things like that. When she's feeling better, she'll eat. Kids (and adults) can actually be fine not eating much longer than we usually realize, but fluids are still important. When she starts to get hungry, SLOWLY give her easy to digest foods. Slowly bring back the milk. Even though it's a liquid, it's hard on tummies. You can always call your doctor to make sure that you're doing what you should be doing, that's what they're there for. Good luck~
*You know, this is one time where I understand you not just calling your doctor, and I think that the people saying that you're a bad parent for not just calling the doctor are just mean. So many times when you do call, doctors aren't that helpful and/or they act like you are overreacting for bringing your child in, your daughter really isn't dreadfully sick (although I know it's not great for any of you) and it's Saturday night!! Jeesh!

She might have a little tummy bug. Don't force her to eat, but make sure she drinks - ice pops and jello (don't give it to her liquid, that's digusting!) and sherbet count! Flat ginger ale, coca-cola, and Sprite work well too. Let her nap as much as she wants - sleep empties the stomach and eases the urge to vomit.
Stay away from milk and juice - they're not easily digested on an upset stomach, and could make things worse by giving diarrhea. If she will ONLY drink juice, water it WAY down.
It's not necessary to give any medications at this point - many of them do more harm than help.
If she has an interest in food, and she may not for a day or so, give her bland soft foods - like crackers or pretzels, noodles, rice, bread, etc. Stay away from greasy or spicy foods - can be harsh on a tender tummy.

It sounds like shes got a little bug. My suggestion would be to give her strictly clear fluids (Pedialyte would be the best) until shes stopped throwing everything up. Make sure shes not getting dehydrated or having any other serious symptoms, and she will be fine once it passes. Dehydration is the main concern with a throwing up child. The symptoms to look out for are less tears than normal when crying, urinating less than normal (usually atleast once every 4 hrs in an 18 month old), dry mouth, and a sunken soft spot on the top of the head. If dehydration happens or other more severe symptoms occur, I would suggest calling your child's doctor.

Your body tells you when and what you need. Her body is telling her, "I don't want anything right now" and that's ok! We Americans seem to believe that we need something alll the time when in fact sometimes we need nothing at all. Remember her little tummy is new to the world and is adjusting to everything that is put in it. MILK, take it easy on this stuff, water and juice diluted with 2/3 water is good. You really shouldn't give more then 16 oz. of "cow" milk a day, don't forget the stuff is originated for a HUGE mammal!
Good luck Mama, we've all been there with our little ones.
(By the way "That guy right hurr" needs to go away and stay there. This is Yahoo answers you idiot, it's for people who need advice NOT some jerk who thinks he's above us all. )

She has the flu bug ... this is what I do when my daughter gets sick just think when we get sick or have the flu do we want to eat as long as her temp stays under 101 right now sleep is the best thing for her pedialyte is better then anything right now if her temp spikes and her regular doc in then take her to emergency, I'm sure it will be fine.

It sounds like it's just be a stomach bug. When they have a stomach bug you need to cut down on their milk intake, give her plenty of water to keep her hydrated. When you see she is getting her appetite back slowly give her milk. This is what I was told to do for my daughter. She just had a little virus. Since your daughter isn't running a fever, I would let her get her rest so the bug can works it way out of her system.

First things first, no temperature is a good thing. Next you need to keep her hydrated, and while her stomach is so queasy, it's hard. If she won't drink/can't keep anything down for 12 hours, then you should go to the ER.
My daughters can sometimes keep Jello down when nothing else works, and frozen popsicles (Otter Pops are good). Just keep offering, and offer tiny portions: half an otter pop, a cube or so of Jello.
Good luck not catching whatever she's got!

take your baby girl to the docter when you can. till then, try this : boil some mint leaves like a tea. after it is brewed, put it in a cup and into the fridge. let the tea cool. make sure that the tea is cold, but not too cold. serve it to your daughter. good luck!
