If you are on the pill, taken it regularly as the instructions say, and have taken it already for a full month (1 pack) you should be fine. That's what the pill is for - so you don't need condoms, or pulling out, or whatever. Millions of couples use it and it works. Most pills say "use alternate protection the first month". The first month it may not be as effective. After that, if you miss more than 1 pill in a month, you should use protection (i.e. condoms) for the rest of the month while you finish the pack. You don't need to go see a doctor unless something funny is happening with your body and you think you are pregnant. Usually that comes if you miss a period; then, take a home test. You can get accurate results from a home test once it's been 14 days or more since sex. If that says "positive", see your doctor. But really, if you are taking your pills properly, you are fine. Good luck.

I think you should check with your dr and her ob before you do anything. Im not sure if acutane is released through body fluids, but with its harmful side effects to a fetus why take the chance. Hold off and call your Dr and hers Monday morning.
