Yes, sometimes the symptoms go away early on and everything is fine. Just wait and in a week or two you will see new symptoms happening to replace earlier ones.
What you should be concerned about is bleeding and cramping.
But since you had a prior miscarriage and are worried, maybe you could go back for a visit just to check the heartbeat again.
Or maybe you could buy one of those little home-use dopplars to check every once in a while and put your mind at ease.
Prayers for you and baby!

And dont worry the frequent urination will start up when the baby gets big enough to push on your bladder! Im not a doctor but i think you'll be just fine! Good luck!!

Sure! When it comes to pregnancy, every women is different and even inthe same woman, every pregnancy is different! Of course you will be scared with your history (I went throught the same thing) but try to remain optimistic-you've already made it to 8 weeks!
After I got pregnant after a miscarriage (and with this successful pregnancy, I had some bleeding so I was scared poopless) I rented a doppler heart thingie so once a day, before bed, I would listen to the little Bean's heartbeat. It gave me great peace of mind and helped me enjoy the pregnancy.
Good luck_

I'm in the same boat at the moment - except my main symptom was breast tenderness - which is now totally gone. I'm a biologist and "know" that a body can change very quickly - meaning that everything can be just like it was yesterday, or the day before and still feel totally different. It's very hard to remember that, though. Good luck =).

Most woman Dont Urinate more than usual in early pregnancy...Because they uterus is not pressing on the bladder. It is normal not to have and symptoms...All woman are different. After you see the heartbeat your chances of M/c drop to slim to none! Good luck!

It's normal honey. Stuff during your pregnancy will come and go. If you start bleeding a bright red go to the hospital immediatly.
But, honey just some advice dwelling on the past isn't going to make this any easier. I know it's hard to deal with a miscarriage, I've been through one, but just go with this pregnancy and listen to your doctor and everything should be alright.

Congrats!
Yes ,it's common to urinate a lot.. even at 8 weeks.. I couldn't believe I went to the bath room so much at 8 weeks.
not every pregnacy is the same.. some people are never sick.. my sister was that way. I of course wasn't so lucky.
If you see blood.. then call your doctor. other wise just enjoy it!
