I say she saved lives.

Republicans spit on her, and slandered Jane Fonda - who along with 50,000 Vietnam Vets against the war, including “Born on the Fourth of July” Ron Kovic, who was spit on, by a mob of Republicans at the 1972 Republican National Convention in FL… I think Jane Fonda and the 50,000 Vietnam Vets against the war, who she served, should be celebrated as American Heroes.

(Hanoi Hilton story is utter BS)

I am wanting to put together a care package to send to my boyfriend who is in basic training for the Army, but I wanted to make sure and check if there's anything that they're not allowed to receive. Thanks!

The majority of Americans are against the war in Iraq and want their troops back home.
The soldiers are aware of this and I wonder how they feel about the Bush administration not setting a date for the troops withdrawal.

The Bush administration has been guilty of cover-up about the increase number of suicides and also mental ilnesses among ex-servicemen returning from Iraq.
The American people demand the truth.

I'm not interested in joining the Marines, but I'm wondering...

What type of physical ability do you have to display in boot camp? What kind of exercises do you do, etc?

I want the straight truth! No exaggerations!

My husband always tells me that for P.T. they tell them what to wear, like usually green on green or sometimes rainbow, so that means any color of shorts and shirt but the other day he was wearing a long sleeve black shirt with shorts, so I asked him why he took that and he said that they told them to wear black for P.T. Is that true...? Do they specifically tell you to wear a black shirt too? I just tought that was too weird, that's why I'm asking. I'll appreciate all the helping answers. :)

Should we continue to be the world's policeman? How much
does it cost to maintain a military presence in so many foreign
countries? How do you assess our presence abroad as
opposed to our ineffectual efforts to protect our own border?

Whenever I go there it is mostly Japanese visitors. It makes me wonder if they visit to relish their victory or to mourn those who died.

Did any of you wonder the same thing?

We were talking about this and even for multiple tour guys a few noticed that once they returned from leave it seemed that they for a bit at least were a little more tentative and seemed to hold back a bit on cautions side. Has anyone else experienced this.

This rumor came from a very good source. Makes sense seeing that they all cover and enforce the UCMJ.

I heard you cant get a waiver if you failed the hearing test in MEPS. But i heard you can if the MEPS doctor approves you for the waiver. If heard this from Numerous people, and even seen documents where it happened. IF so, is there any branch that is more likely to approve it. I just really would like to enter the miltary.
