Are the French really poor soldiers?

I hear a lot of Americans criticize the French war record, and French soldierly characteristics, but are the French poor soldiers, or have France's failures in battle been a result of a confused political system?

What can you tell me enlisted iRR going to back to regular duty?

i am being the navy for 8 yrs active duty as HM3Fmf and i get out to military because i am HTY. So i decided to attended college for three yrs and half and i was wondering will be hard for me join back active duty as nurse or do i have finished my career as a navy reserve. i am finished with the enlisted side of the world and i want to try officer side of the world.

i was told that if i want to go back i have join different of the armed service.

Air Force GED?

I am waiting to hear from the Air Force on if they are going to accept me as of yet. I do have my GED but have very high scores on my ASVAB overall as well as in each catagory. I have already taken my physical as well as passed the DLAB and the EDPT. Does anyone know how long it takes to find out?

Please no comments on how hard it is to get into the airforce with a GED I am well aware and did intense research before speaking with my recruiter but I cannot really get a straight answer on how long it will take to find out.

is this true about the airforce??

well i want to go to the airforce. but someone told me since im not married and i have a son that ill have to give up custody to the dad..im ok with it because weve been together since iwas a freshman and i am now a senior in highschool but what if something happens? so is it true .. and also do you really have to stay 6 months will 3 or so phoncalls no cell no computer and some visits till you graduate from bmt?

I was thinking about joining the U.S. Air Force but is it really worth it?

Well im a freshman in college and im strongly intrested in joining the U.S Air Force as a Commanding Officer. Even though im taking zero credit courses now my major is strongly related to computer science. More into computer information sciences. I know what President Bush is doing in Iraq is really fuc%ed up. Is it really worth it? If it is what do i need to do in order to be fully prepared? I'm just not sure.
