That's an event concerned with securing the borders and stopping the inflow of illegal aliens. It has no connection to the Department of Defense or any of the branches of the armed forces. Simply put, it's political. Any service member who takes part in uniform is violating Federal law and the Uniformed Code of Military Justice.
