It would really help if someone who actually is in the navy answered this question, and i appreciate anyone who does answer this question.

Yokosuka Japan. Home of the USS Kitty Hawk( for the next what, year) and soon to be home to the USS George Washington, the first time a Nuke carrier will be permanently home ported OCONUS.
The base itself is small, crowded and dirty, but man the country is amazing. CNFJ's office is the same room the plans to bomb Pearl Harbor were drawn up.

The 7th Fleet has its headquarters in Yokosuka, Japan. That's a city about 30 miles from Tokyo. The flag ship for the Fleet is the USS Blue Ridge.
