I want to start a praying mantis fighting enterprise. I am going to train them all like Rocky Balboa. I have one of them right now and I am going to try to find him a mate. There is one that lives up the street in a garden. Do you think people will pay to see praying mantises fight?

Is there a specific ticket they have to give you? Do they let you move on?

I'm writing a situation in a book I've been working on where this happens, and I'm pretty sure they don't just let you go with a warning. Am I right?

What is the procedure for this, generally?

I was involved in a traffic accident where I have to prove that I was not going in the "wrong lane". At this stage, its the other driver's word against mine. The insurance Co. is in arbitration on the case still. I have an ariel view of the scene, but don't kno wjust how to argue my point without witnesses. I am in this situation due to the other driver (after 5hr wait and since no injuries left, she couldn't due to her car imobile) told them her cute version of the story. I do have 911 tapes showing that we were there for 5hrs. Help

I play on a 9-ball pool league and I often see players who have quite a few drinks and then get in their cars and drive home. They are obviously intoxicated. I think this is absolutely horrifying.

Should I call and report them, hoping that they'll be stopped from hurting someone? If I called every time this happened, I'd talk to the police three or four times a week! But if one of these idiots killed themself or someone else, I'd feel responsible because of my inaction!

Can I report a drunk driver anonymously? I live in Montana if it makes a difference. We have one of the highest alcohol-related fatality rates in the nation, and the police take DUI very seriously.

me and my friends went to a park and had an innocent bonfire/picnic. at dark when no one was around my stupid freind went and did donuts in a baseball field by our picnic site. someone called the cops in the park. i was stupid and went and did one donut in the field too. i dont know why i did it, i was so stupid. i saw the cops and floored it out of the field but they saw me. they pulled me over and gave me a ticket for careless driving. i told my mom that i just drove over the field, so she wants to take it to court so i can maybe get off on the points. im afraid the cop will show up to court and say i was doing donuts. do the cops usually show up when you take a ticket to court?

Is there anyway to curb this problem? The problem is rampant. People finish their cigarette in their car and then discreetly
drop it to the ground. Would I be charged with assault if I got out of my car, picked up the burning cigarette, and tossed it back into their car? I again come back to the question, what can be done about this
problem of littering, selfish smokers?
