In most states, a person would have their license revoked in this case. Unfortunately, anyone that gets caught driving drunk 3 times in 3 years, is highly unlikely to CARE if they have a license. Aside from putting them back behind bars, nothing will stop them from driving.

Impossible. She is lying to you or she's blowing somebody on a daily basis. I'm in another state but I have 2 in 3 years. I received a 60 day sentence in county jail, 3500 in fines, 1.5 years probation, 1x/mo random drug & alcohol testing for 1.5 years, mandatory 2x/wk. A.A meetings, 2x/wk. profesional counceling for 6 mo. and lost my license for 1.5 years which at the end of your term you have to have a professional evaluation, wait for your court dismissal papers before you can apply for a license, then theres a 12 week wait for the sec. of state review board hearing. and at best you might get a restricted with a breathalizer attached to your ignition. another year later you can apply for it again & go thru. an appeal process.

Plus all these little court revenue perks cost $$$$$$$$$$$$

That commercial with the blender. To say it's suger coating it would be the understatement of the century in my world.

Oh I almost forgot, my lawer said on a third expect to go to the state pen for 3 years. However, my offense was in Shelby MI home of M.A.D.D.

Now I'm starting a movement called D.A.M.M. (Drunks Against Mad Mothers)

Youre in a blue state, thats why. liberals love lenient laws. If she was in Texas, she wouldve been executed by now.
