When someone gets fined with a speeding ticket or a fine for parking in the wrong spot, or anyother fine for some law. Where does that money go?

General funds of the government that issued the ticket. For example, if it was the state patrol, the state government.

In my state traffic fines go to the State General Fund,except on certain highways where they go into the highway improvement fund. Parking tickets generally go to the city or town. Different in different areas some states earmark fines for education. Down South a lot go directly to the city or county.

Yes, it goes to the general funds. So stay away from speeding tickets because that money adds up quick.
