My wife has accused me of stealing her birth control pills...see her question http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070513112819AAHAmKG where she asks for advice on this. I am a crossdresser who helps other dressers through an online Yahoo group...many dressers have depression and have contemplated suicide...and I am proud to know that I can make a difference in their lives by showing them that it is okay to be yourself no matter what...what I don't like is that my wife uses that against me to validate her alcohol problem and now accuses me of stealing her birth control pills just to get even with me...I am not a theif and I would never willing take her birth control pills...I do pick up and sign for her pills only because she has a suspended license and has no way to get her pills...and we do not want kids...she is just being like this because she can and I must have some rights about this because the last time I checked I thought we all were innocent until proven guilty

There is a man in my hometown raising Dobermans in his back kennels who says he wants the Police Department in town to switch from using German Shepherds to these kinds of dogs... Do you think it is exceptionally cruel to use a dog like this? Will it help the crime rate go down?

Where do you think the worst cops are in teh country.

I live in Prince George's County, Maryland and the county cops out here are horrible. They only pull traffic because they think that they can get more criminals that way but it hasn't been working. Crime is still up and they are only getting thier stats. 1 county cop, shot 2 delivery men and killed one of them, he is still working. Another off duty cop chased a motorcycle on I-95, when the county police rules are they are not supposed to chase motorcycles and the officer ended up getting in an accident and killing 3 people. And last but not least, County police get on teh scene of a accident with injuries and they call the victim racial slurs and they curse and pull thier weapons out on the male, not knowing that the male was recording everything on his cell phone. All these are true stories and have links to different websites to prove it. Let me know what you think.

I work at a hotel and there is this cop that comes in and drives around. I don't want to give away my customers information.. even though he is most likely interested in the overall safety of the public, I just hate people who though around there weight without probable cause. I just would like to know if a Police Officer can search a place without a SEARCH Warrent in a place that is public access; futhermore, Is a warrent for an arrest valid for searchig a place and does he need a Search warrent other than a warrent for arrest to search the hotel I work at. Thank you.

I plan to drive a carpool of a bunch of people on July 4th in my SUV. Is it illegal to let people ride in the back cargo area of my truck, where there aren't seatbelts? It is a closed area (not an open bed like a pickup) and the other passengers would be seatbelted, as well as myself. But is it legally wrong to let some of my friends ride in the very back?

I've ignored her forever. She has had her teenage kids poison my plants and pets, gouge the word "whore" into the hood of my Cadillac, went around the neighborhood and told all the wives that I was sleeping with their husbands, taken me to court 2 times trying to get a restraining order by making up a bunch of lies (they were denied), terrorized my young daughter, etc. She had her son cut down one of my cedar trees that was on the easement and tried to get me arrested by making a false police report. Her teenage son drove a dirt bike at me and almost hit me. I pushed him away from me and made him fall off. He got up, spit in my face, called me a ***** then kicked a dent in the side of my Bronco. I live on a one lane, dead end road and these people have to drive past my house every time they go to and from their home. I can't afford to sell my property and move. What should I do?
This family lies to the deputies when I've had to call them. I feel so helpless and unbelieved.

On my birth certificate and social security my name is John Lee Thomas, but on my school records/expired passport my name is John Thomas Lee...however I like John Lee better and all people know me by that name.

I'm not too sure I want to submit to these new random vehicle inspections happening in NYC. They were inspired by the recent troubles in Britain.
I thought that even in times of terrorism, the police still need Probably Cause in order to effect a vehicle search.

This woman went to my friend's business, put another woman to watch the door & then proceeded to beat her over 20 times with a billiard ball. when we went to see why there were no charges the police said that it was mutual combat .

i got a misdemeanor for possession of under a gram. that was 3 days ago. the date on my citation paper says to appear in court on august 30th. is there anyway i can appear in court for the case earlier, reason i would like it earler is because im gona be having surgery in mid august and might be hospitalized for 10-15 days.

Let's say bail is 1000 bux. This is Harris county, Texas (if that makes a difference). The person was busted for shoplifting, and they were fined 214 bux.

Are there any charges, in addition to the bail price of 1000 bux, that must be paid before this person can get out of jail? Are court costs added? How about the fine?

My sister in law is addicted to pills. She has also smokes pot and crack. She is on prescription Xanax and adderoll (sp?) and takes whatever she can get her hands on. Her daughter, 15 years old recently also OD'd and was in a hospital for 10 days and custody was given to the dad. SInce then my sis-in-law has lost her other 2 kids to thier dad. She is a liar and a thief and talks often about hurting herself. She hit herself in the head with a hammer trying to get her ex arrested saying he threw her out of a car. She is crazy. She has not spoken to me or my husband( her brother) in 5 months b.c she thinks we had something to do with her getting her kids taken away. She has also threatened us and my then unborn child saying she would run me off the road. I never did anything she accused me of. Her mom won't help her and her brother doesn't care anymore. I want to have her committed but I am not an immediate family member. What do I do? I can't watch her kill herself.

victim-3 yrs old and her 24 yr old father. perp 34 yr old step-father also sheriffs deputy, child molester, cleptomaniac, arsonist, known to the state of florida to be a pedophile-the incidents of molestation continued for 2 years and grew in violence the family of the little girl (even the baby sitter) thought that the law enforcement community and the judicial community was protecting the child but when a protective order was blatatantly violated in plain view of the issuing judge and nothing was done the father snapped-2 days later from some distance he shot and killed the step-father/deputy. the father is now serving 14-life in prison for murder was not allowed to have any mention of child molestation presented as his defence, they would not allow any witnesses to be called to confirm any of the childs conditions no mds records nothing. who was the victim?

The pay is bad, no respect, and many citizens look the other way when cops need help.

In fact, just a week ago I witnessed a car veer off the road and side swipe a police car that had another car pulled over. The officer was hit by his own squad car and thrown into some brush. I just looked the other way and went on. I dont care about him. He must have been ok anyways as there wasnt even anything in the paper all week about it.

And people are right, I may need the cops someday and I will call them. They better show up and do their job or I will sue. It is a no lose situation.

I have a clean license, never gotten a ticket in my life (but I do speed all the time).

If I get pulled over and he runs my license, will my clean record have any impact on whether I get a speeding ticket (instead of a warning)?

Is there anything I can say or do to avoid getting a ticket, after I get pulled over?
