yesterday i found two pot plants in my yard and i asked my sister in law about it and she planted them there. she doesnt even live with me....i destroyed them what do i do?

It`s happened again. A shopkeeper in Truro, Cornwall, was being robbed by three crooks who stole some goods and ran off.
He chased after them and caught the biggest of them who started to fight him.
He fought back, and won, and retrieved his goods but was arrested by the police and charged with assault.
He pleaded self defence etc., but was given the option, gaol or an £80 fine, he had to choose the fine so he could go on trading. The thief got a caution.
I ask you, is this fair? What is the world coming to when crooks can rob you and get away with it while you are charged with assault when you defend yourself and your property?

i got arrested because one of my friends asked a boy for £1 the victim went and told the police that we mugged him but it was only one boy who went up to him .the police caught us walking we got sent to the police station and we stayed there for 8 hours we had are pictures taken and d.n.a , fingerprints.

So does this mean i have a criminal record and i can't get a good job or even go to college or even university.

they also said that we are going to release you on bail and come back next month (((what does that mean))) i am 15 years old.

Scammed of 15000 dollars by Joe Fisiorek who works for BB Schaumburg, Mike Sparks. Sheriff tried to serve him once only, special processor has tried to serve him 4 times, Court has been postponed twice?
How do I catch this cheater, and Liar,
Wasted 2000 on lawyer and 75 dollars on internet search?
Lawyer keeps talking about going to court and asking for extension. Lawyer Jeff Cohen of Schaumburg, special process server has not been able to serve This cheater Joe Fisiorek, please help, I have lost my hard earned money?

This is a follow up on a previous question that most cops cant shoot to save their lives. Over 70 cops have been killed this year as they couldnt hold their own in a gun fight.

The first clip shows over 40 shots fired and only 2 hit. If the idiot who pulled the gun on the cop could shoot, this cop would be dead.

Are cops trained to draw their weapon at a certain speed? I know I could outdraw a cop and win. I was wondering what type of training they go through in regards to using firearms and how to be the most effective.

Isnt this important for them to be good at? Seeing as most cops are out of shape and only rely on numbers of officers instead of skill, it seems to be easier and easier to outgun a cop.

I was driving not far behind a car the same color as mine. He was speeding. The highway patrol pulled up behind us, after the car in front of me slowed down. The officer I could tell was not sure who was the guilty party. I received the ticket. Is it worth going to court to challenge my citation?

I was shopping for grocery and when I got out, a witness said they just saw my car got hit by someone and the person just drove away in high speed and fled the parking lot. The witness could only provide me with the description of the car, and a rough idea of the license plate number. They called and talked to the police before I arrived. Since it is at a private property, they told me that the police would not come. I walked back to the grocery and asked if they have some survillance camera and they said they have. But they said it would take time to sort out the footage to see if they caught the license on tape. I only have the lowest insurance coverage and the insurance company will not cover my damage.

so my question is does anyone know the process of this sort of problem?

1) Will the police be able to find the car easily?
2) If they find him, what will they do?
3) Is hit and run illegal to the driver himself (serious offence)?
4)Will the police contact me when they find him (the witness only told them my car's license plate since I wasn't there)?
5) Do I have to go to court for these kind of cases? Or will the insurance just give me an estimate?
6) IF the police can't find him, what can I do?

Thank you for your help, this is my first accident and I don't know what to expect.
