what kinds of crimes?

isnt it more white collar crimes (tax evasion, stock cheating, drug smuggling) and MUCH safer and easier than the state prisons??

They also house murderers. I don't see how you can argue they're "safer and easier". Prison time is prison time.

Federal and State prisons pretty much house the same kind of criminals. There are violent crimes at the Federal level. What you are thinking of are the "minumum security" Federal Prisons. That's not the mainstream prison population.

Kidnapping also. Crimes that involve crossing state lines.
Remember Alcatraz? Fed prison for dangerous criminals.

country clubs.... 3 very good meals a day plus a bedtime snack...... TV movies....... free dental medical fresh clean sheets,, rec centers, and all the sex you can handle..... isnt that scooter whats his name going there ? If you had a chance to go federal orstate go federal.
